关于模拟测试。尚未进行过模考的同学应该利用上午时段，严格按照考试时间一气呵成为自己进行一到三次模考，试题不建议使用模拟题，建议利用06年6月24日四级改革以后的四套真题，因为目前还没有一套模拟题可以像真题一样在难度方向上更像真题，大家一定要通过真题来检验自己的实力，在四级准备的过程中不光是一个能力的锻炼与提升，同时也是一个心态与体力的锻炼与提升，通过模考来熟悉考试时的心理状态以用脑强度，尽量避免出现在考场上大脑一片空白或是在听完听力以后感觉耗尽了精力没办法让自己在集中精神在阅读文章上的情况。
以快速阅读为例，可能出现的变化情况都出现过了：文章有小标题，或是没有小标题;题型是判断+填空，或是四选一+填空。因此一定要熟悉这4套真题中快速阅读的考法，注重使用寻读的方法，首先精读标题、文章首段以及小标题，了解文章主题和结构，然后根据后面题干中的关键词结合小标题的内容提示回到原文中找定位，需要注意的是不要像做仔细阅读一样一次性把10道题全部看一遍，没时间也没必要，建议看一题做一题，按照题目顺序在文章中找定位。四选一题型与仔细阅读的方法类似，难度低很多，基本上没有高混选项，只需找到与原文对应的同义替换即可。判断题型中的NG选项难度最大，对应的是文章中没有提及的内容，仅仅是关键词在文章中没有找到是不足以判定的，应该对题干内容整体把握。填空题如果在文章中定位的内容读不懂，建议做一个简单的减法，用原文减题干，共有的成分划掉，剩下的照抄作为答案。
选词填空部分，重点是15个备选答案能够认识几个，建议重点背已经考过的选项、完形填空中的选项、阅读文章中不认识的单词以及四级高频词汇。做题中建议首先把选项按照词性分类，然后根据前后词的词性和文章内容来判断应该填入的词性和词义。
仔细阅读部分，文章长度和段落数都在增加，题型向细节性方向发展。做题中重点精读首段和每一段第一次出现的结论句，了解文章主题结构，重点精读有关键词定位或是出现重要考点，比如：转折、比较、因果、下结论或总结性的语言，其他细节性的信息应该略读甚至不读，因为干扰选项往往来自于这些地方，精读后反而会增加干扰选项的迷惑度，避免被迷惑信息干扰的最好方法就是不去面对诱惑。细节题的题干都是文章中某一信息点的变形，因此要找到答案一定要找到题干在原文中的出处，在把原文和选项相比较，正确选项应该是对原文的精确改写，应该符合两点特征：形式对应和含义对应，比如原文中出现比较，那么正确选项中也应该对应出现相应形式，同时含义应该是原文的同义替换，相同的意思换了一种表达方式。需要注意的是选项与原文极其相似甚至照抄原文的情况下一定慎重选择，太容易到手的成功总是从天堂到地狱的通行证。
真题的重要性不是做一遍就可以充分体会的，因此对于近年的真题要反复做，每一次都会有进一步的体会，考试前3天不建议再做新题了，应该反复翻看以往做过的题，反复提醒自己做错的题目的原因，避免在考试中被同一块石头绊倒两次。
考试临场
关于心态，在考场上能否发挥出自己应有的水平很大程度上取决于心态。临上考场前就不要再去想自己没有复习到的会不会考，为自己徒增压力，而是要明确自己的长项，告诉自己只要在自己的长项上把该拿到的分拿到，短板上尽自己最大努力就不后悔，尽人事听天命，结果往往不会太差。如果题型和预期的有变化也不要慌张，快速阅读没有小标题就不读，反而节省了读小标题的时间，文章难度可能会增加，但不是加的你一个人，所以不用慌。07年12月的快速阅读因为突然变成了四选一，很多同学就慌了，正确率大大下降，考完了以后在练习中再做第二遍的时候才发现难度其实并没有提高，猛拍大腿，别忘了，在练习中我们仔细阅读来回来去练的就是四选一，怎么会不熟悉呢!
关于时间，作文要在被考前至少隔天写一篇，锻炼由思路转化为文章的动笔能力，考试中要尽快写完，为快速阅读争取时间，特别说明的是9：55分要收作文和快速阅读的答题卡，对于的速度慢的同学建议做一题填一题机读卡，避免出现辛苦做完没时间填机读卡的人间悲剧。深度阅读部分建议先做两篇仔细阅读，每篇文章的时间不少于9分钟，4分钟看文章5分钟做题，找到文章定位后应该把精力尽可能的放在对比原文和选项上，对于速度较慢的同学可以拉长时间至多到11分钟，同样把多出来的时间重点放在对比原文和选项上。选词填空分值比例很低，在剩下的4到7分钟内把认识的选项放在合适的位置，不认识的选项按照词性蒙一下，然后狠心跳过，告诉自己要“舍、得”。

I am firmly convinced that through our combined efforts we are bound to enjoy more risk-free foods in the days ahead.

We cannot fail to notice that countless uncivilized behaviors exist in our daily lives, such as spitting, talking loudly, littering, saying nasty words in public places and so forth. All these are bad manners that we should not lose sight of. As an ancient land enjoying a splendid civilization spanning over 5,000 years, China is witnessing a surge in improper acts that every Chinese citizen should feel ashamed of. Uncivilized behaviors by a host of Chinese both at home and abroad have seriously affected China’s image, according to an editorial posted on People Daily’s official website.
As Chinese, we should not get offended when others point out our weaknesses but should focus more attention on improving ourselves. We should strive to identify the causes of those improper behaviors and find ways to eliminate them. There are a host of causes, I would argue, behind this trend. To name only one: the lack of moral ecation. Indeed, one out of five students is estimated to be in possession of at least one credit card, and the figure is expected to be on the steady increse, the latest data published by Yangtze Evening Post suggests.
Like anything prior to先前的 the emergence of this small piece of plastic, the increasing popularity of credit card on campus has both bright and dark sides. On the one hand, young alts in college, free from the trouble of pocketing a considerable sum of cash, could enjoy the convenience of credit cards and purchase expensive goods by installments. On the other hand, however, the irresponsible and excessive use of the cards by these youngsters, the majority of whom are fresh out of middle school incapable of budgeting their money, can make them heavily in debt which will take them years to pay off.
On my personal level, while enjoying a host of conveniences the credit card may bring, we couldn’t afford to ignore a conspicious fact: in most cases, parents are our sole financial sources. Instead of spending without any restrict, we are supposed to put studies on the top of our agenda and move ourselves beyond heavy dependence upon our parents
