这个可以分为大纲词汇，核心词汇（即最常考最有用的部分，也叫高频词汇），超纲词专汇，和熟词僻义属词汇等。
建议：
1. 基础词汇认知，建议看大纲词汇
2. 核心词汇， 适合扫过一遍基础词汇的或考过四六级的
3. 超纲词汇，随便look一眼即可
4. 熟词僻义，这个建议仔细看看，大多是熟词在专业领域的意思，这个意思和已知意思间的关系（引申和比喻）需要认真理解，而不要死记硬背。

网络文库里有很多。其中
1. 《六级熟词僻意》最好找带例句的，其配套mp3也可以在网络里搜索到；
2. 推荐《2011年新东方老师推荐六级高频600个词汇》，这个基本属于核心词汇了，带结构分析和记忆方法，算是不错的选择
3. 最好有一个大纲词汇，过一遍
记忆：
1.真题不可少，用来检验能否做到立即认知该词。
2.词根词缀很重要，通过同根词来联系新旧词汇很有用，这才是真正的联想背单词。
3.记忆方法，合适的才是最科学最有效的，这个不推荐任何人的所谓的有效方法。
