They don’t believe in the ads, they believe that lose weight not properly will hurt the body, so they pay special attention to the health.

Loosing weight is hard work, even dangerous thing, if we are so blind to loose weight, we will lose our life. Young people should take care to the healthy way.

Fast food is becoming more and more popular in China, especially among children and teenagers. Today, nothing is more representative of the fast pace of modern society than fast food.
There are several reasons for its popularity. For one thing, it is fast and convenient. Go into a fast food restaurant, and your food will be ready in a minute. Precious time won’t be wasted waiting-in-line to order or waiting at your table for your food to serve. 单词、短语的运用
较难的单词替代简单的单词。在单词方面上，建议在考试前两三个月背好四级词汇，四级词汇不仅能让我们容易地看懂题目，也能帮助我们在写作时替换掉简单的单词。
多运用较高级的短语。多运用一些较高级的短语，能为文章增添色彩。另外，如果有些词语难以用单词表达，这时可以使用短语来代替。
句型的运用
多运用高级的句型。例如倒装、被动、现在进行时、现在完成时等等，也可以运用一些固定的句型。
增加一些名人语句、谚语等。平时可以多积累一些常见常用的名人语句、谚语，必定能获得加分的机会。
排版合理、文章有逻辑
有一个醒目的作文题目。一个醒目的作文题目能立即吸引老师的眼球，自然获得加分。
文章一般使用三段式。第一段是文章的开头，主要介绍文章的大概内容，一定要写好，这是老师改卷时比较看重的一段。可以设置悬念、提出疑问、使用反问为文章添加色彩。

开头段
好的文章开头能引起读者的阅读兴趣，文章开头应结合主题内容引出后文，争取主题简明扼要，突出主旨，确定写作目标，激发情感共鸣。
作文开头主要有以下写法，首先是引用法，以名言或谚语等代表他人论点作为文章的开头;其次是定义法，对文章的关键词进行解释和定义，确定文章的写作范围和主题。

我要说的是大学里面的辅导，其实版在大学里还是比较注重四级的过权关率的。所以一般在你第一次考四级的时候，你所在英语班级的老师会提醒你注意的事项，并告诉你学校会在靠前的某一段时间（课余）专门有个免费的辅导班可以去上。当然，有的学校会专门的用英语课的时间来训练英语四级的相关专项，比如听力，写作。
各个学校也会有所差别，但是基本上都有一些辅导。
