我的这个方法对我自己还是有用，你可以试一下：每天都花点时间来练习，一边听一边写，不管是长对话还是短对话，只要写，会有一个很大的提高。开始的时候可能会写下来的不多，但是坚持几天就会有效果了。通过听写，可以锻炼自己集中精神抓住对话里的细节，要不一眨眼，还没听清就过去了，呵呵呵。因为考试的时候，短对话是要抓精度，听写可以尽量减少错误。长对话锻炼一个听的衔接，有的时候你只听到前面就选择了，或者听到后面一段，这样就会很亏了，这个方法对克服这些问题比较有效。试试吧~~~祝你好运~~~

Free admission museums supply more chances for the public to get knowledge that cannot be easily accessed. People can learn more things about history, art, science and so on. 1、英语四级口语考试内容

英语四级口语考试内容主要为：热身环节、短文朗读、简答、个人陈述、两人互动。其中热身环节就是英语口语自我介绍20秒，这部分不算分数，但是也需要大家认真准备一下。短文朗读部分给大家45秒准备时间，然后用1分钟朗读大概120词的文章。简答部分是需要大家回答两个大约20秒的问题，第一个问题来自于文章，第二个问题与文章所讨论的话题相关。个人陈述部分给大家45秒准备，60秒陈述。最后就是两人互动环节，1分钟准备，3分钟讨论。

2、英语四级口试考试形式

四级口试考试采用机考形式，每场考试由2名主考和3(或4)名考生组成：

四级口试考试分三部分：

第一部分是考生和 CET 授权的主考进行交谈，采用问答的形式。时间约 5 分钟。

第二部分包括 1.5 分钟的考生个人发言和 4.5 分钟的小组讨论。时间共约 10 分钟。

第三部分由主考再次提问以进一步确定考生的口头交际能力。时间约 5 分钟。

由于改革，有些省份实施机考形式。两个考生为一组参加。

第一部分为简单的自我介绍和问题回答，其中自我介绍20秒，问题回答为90秒。
