第一点：夯实英文基础。

第一部分：听力理解：共20题，考试时间20分钟。这一部分包括两节：A节(Section A)有10题，每题含一组对话，对话后有一个问句。B节(Section B)有10题，分别安排在若干篇听力材料之后，每篇后有二至四道题，每题为一个问句。
第二部分：阅读理解：共20题，考试时间35分。

有必要。第一，每天至少按照正常的考试时间做一套四六级阅读题目（包括选词填空和长篇阅读）；
第二，对完答案后，重点关注错题部分。
将题目和正确选项还原到原文，分析出题句，揣摩出题人出题意图，确保自己完全认同该答案。
第三，划出阅读理解文章中重难点词汇，并进行记忆。
这些词汇包括但不限于：

（20天）
千题百炼，查漏补缺
大量练习
很多同学反映做题时间总是不够用，这些均是由于平时所做训练较少，没有养成良好的做题习惯而造成的。
平时多做计时训练除了能提高自己的做题速度之外，还可以来检验自己的复习成果，进而查漏补缺，指导下一步的复习计划。
在此阶段，大家可以拿真题和模拟题知亏进行交替模拟测试。
如果备考时间有限，一张试卷可以分成两天来完成。
第一天，完成听力、阅读部分；
第二天，完成写作、翻译部分；
确保自己在这20天内完成10套题的演练。
另外，此阶段必须开始对写作和翻译进行特训。
保持每周各2篇的写作、翻译量，并坚持交给老师或者成绩较好的朋友进行检查和修改。
没有条件的同学，请对照参考答案自行批改和积累。
第三阶段
（10天）
助跑冲刺，最后一搏
复习巩固
最后10天，以复习巩固为主。
以复习真题中的重点知识点为主，学有余力的同学，可以在最后10天穿插安排两次模拟考试。
对自己过级信心不是很足的同学，此阶段可增加做题量（以真题为主），通过做题来反复增强知识点的记忆。
追求700+的同学，真题刷完可以买一些靠谱出版社或者机构推出的模拟题。
提醒大家，这种考前高强度练习短时间内能带来一定效果，但不推荐大家首选使用。
英语的学习需要循序渐进，急于求成的做法， 只会让大家对英语学习产生厌恶感。
考前一个星期，注意调整自己的作息时间，避免在考场上因为精神不济而影响考试发挥。

Ⅷ 考英语四六级需要看什么书
以前我考四级的时候，词汇是吃的高中的老底，现在四级越来越难了，可以提前看看，推荐使用《星火四级词汇》《新东方四级词汇乱序版》其实，词汇书大同小异，买大出版社的比较靠谱。推荐买乱序版本的，因为如果是正序的从字母A开始，不太同意坚持下来。
词汇书就没事多放容易拿到的地方，有碎片的时间就翻翻看。重复+多次（不太容易看一遍就记住，别着急，谁都不可能看了一遍就记住，慢慢来。）
真题1：想学四级是一定要买真题的。真题就是每一年的2次考试的四级的题目。以前过去的考过的题目对咱们复习的方向性指引很重要，虽然说四级改革了，但它依旧是一个标准化测试，把历年真题的词汇，词伙，题型做熟了，过四级是没有什么问题的。
真题可以买星火的，新东方的，都行。

其实四级的参考资料很多，很杂，以新东方为例，单词，试卷，专练，各种各样出版了一二十中，其实对待四级考试没必要全套照买，我个人推荐是，一套真题卷，一套听力练习足以，四级考试英语听力基本可以算是绝定命运的，所以听力必须练，而做试卷时熟悉题型和时间，同时也包括了单词等各方面的联系，所以真正用好一套试卷，对一般考生来说，过四级就不难了。
