信。为表示感谢之情，应把对方的事迹写下来，公之于众，因此感谢信既有感谢之意，
又有表扬之用。
六表扬信
表扬信是以书信的形式，对在生活、工作、学习的某一个方面作出了成绩、发扬了风格
的个人和集体加以表彰的实用性文书。它既有感谢、表扬的目的，又有宣传并倡导学习的目
的。有以上级组织名义表扬其所属单位或个人的，有群众之间相互表扬的。表扬信应把表扬
的对象写清楚，事迹写具体。表扬信可用信封装好交给受表扬者的领导，也可用红纸书信公
开张贴。
（二）条据
条据包括收条、领条、借条、欠条、请假条、留言条等等。
七收条、领条、借条和欠条（重点）
收条是收到别人钱物时写给对方作为凭借的条据，是一种凭证性文书。
领条是个人和组织从相关团体、组织或个人处领取物品时写给对方的凭证性条据。借条是借到集体或个人的钱物时写给对方的凭证性条据。
欠条是指人们在经济交往中，因不能及时结清钱物手续而写给对方的凭证性条据。这几种条据的格式基本相同，通常包括标题、正文、结语、署名和日期几部分：
标题——第一行居中以稍大字体写出“收条”、“领条”等字样。或者写“今收到”、“今领到”等。
正文——第二行空两格书写正文。应写清楚什么人，什么东西（钱或物），具体数量。结语——在正文后另起一行空两格书写“此据”字样。也可省略不写。
署名和日期——在右下方位置写上立据者姓名，并在姓名下方写上立据日期。

写这几种条据须注意以下三点：
1．所涉及的钱物要当面点清，察看仔细，没有问题再写条据。
2．钱款或者物品的名称要规范、准确，数量必须大写；钱款要写清币种，如“人民币”、“港元”等，末尾要加“整”字。
3．条据上的数字不能改动，如必须改动，应加盖印章，以示负责。
八请假条和便条（重点）
请假条是一种特殊的最简短的书信，是为了某种原因不能上学、上班或者参加集体活动，
必须向老师或领导说明理由，请求准假。它的格式与书信基本一致，分四部分：称谓、正文、敬祝语（可省略）、署名和日期。

流感情的工具，有的应用文还用来作为凭证和依据。它的种类极为广泛，与小朋友日常生活
和学习有关的，有请假条、留言条、申请书、决心书、感谢信、表扬信、读书笔记、会议总

请假条
请假条根据请假的原因，可以分为请病假和请事假两种。从小学、初中、高中到大学乃
至参加工作，你都可以用到这种文体。
请假条的写法，有标题、称呼、正文、祝颂语、落款五个部分。
第一行居中写“请假条”三个字，这是所有应用文的通用要求，用来表明此文是用来请
假的条子。然后另起一行顶格写请假对象的称呼，往往是老师、领导等，这个地方要尊称，
比如“敬爱的”、“亲爱的”等。正文前空两格，包括请假的原由，这个地方要实事求是；请
假起止时间，这个非常重要，必须写清楚。祝颂语是所有应用文里表示对对方的友好落款包
括请假人和写这张请假条的时间。
留言条
在日常生活中，你如果有事情要通知对方，或有事托付对方，对方不在，你却又没时间
