① 四级答案真的可以买到吗
不能。首先购买英语四级答案属于违法行为，其次就算是购买了，也可能是假的。
根据《刑法》第二百八十二条第一款：以窃取刺探、收买方法，非法获取国家秘密的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利;情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。 英语四级考试是由国家教育部高等教育司主持的全国性教学考试，非法获取答案就相当于非法获取国家机密。
