《大学英语四级考试听力》是2007年外语教学与研究出版社出版的图书，作者是汪士彬。本书主要介绍了英语四级考试听力的基本知识和规律技巧。

为了适应我国的高等教育新的发展形势，深化教学改革，提高教学质量，满足新时期国家对人才培养的需要计划，2004年6月教育部颁发了《大学英语课程教学要求（试行）》。新的教学要求重新规定了大学英语的教学目标：培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们能在今后的工作和社会交往中用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。

为体现新的教学要求的精神，并达到这一教学要求，全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会颁发了《全国大学英语四、六级考试改革方案（试行）》及《大学英语四级考试大纲》（2006修订版），对大学英语四级考试进行配套改革，从考试内容到题型设计进行了重大调整。从2007年1月开始，全面实施改革后的新大学英语四级考试。

英语四级考试目的是推动大学英语教学大纲的贯彻执行，对大学生的英语能力进行客观、准确的测量，为提高我国大学英语课程的教学质量服务。国家教育部委托“全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会”（1993年前名为“大学英语四、六级标准化考试设计组”）负责设计、组织、管理与实施大学英语四、六级考试。

大学英语考试根据理工科本科和文理科本科用的两个《大学英语教学大纲》，由教育部（原国家教育委员会）高等教育司组织的全国统一的单科性标准化教学考试，分大学英语四级考试（CET-4）和大学英语六级考试（CET-6）两种。

每年考试过后8月份或9月份公布成绩并颁发成绩单，根据教育部规定四六级考试不设置及格线，四级425分(含425分)以上可以报考六级，所以大家普遍认为四六级的合格线为425分。英语四六级的分数是排位分，没有总分。报名时间CET全国英语四六级考试的考试时间为：每年6月份、12月份（每年时间略有不同）。

2019年1月15日，中国教育部考试中心与英国文化教育协会在京联合发布雅思、普思考试与中国英语能力等级量表对接研究结果。雅思听力得5分，即达到中国英语能力等级量表四级水平。

大学四六级考试的听力是学校自己的广播波段播放的。听力考试调频频率一般在76-88MHz的业余频段。(一般不会用88-108MHz的广播电台频率)
听力考试没有固定频率，学校大都是用的是可以调整频率的调频发射器。到时候会通知频率。

四级考试听力需要准备的东西：

只需要带听力耳机就可以，其他都由考场准备现阶段大学应英语四级听力考生只需要带专用耳机参加考试即可，这个耳机一般为学校统一发放，听力的音频资料是由考场统一播放，没有频率的`调节，考生的耳机可以用来调节声音的大小。在英语四级考试开始之前，考生可在学校规定的教室进行耳机的试音，考试时要确保耳机功能正常使用。

考试准备：

1、记住考试日期和时间(2014年12月20日上午9:00四级考试，下午15:00六级考试，考试时间以准考证为准)以及所在考场，准时参加考试。考试开始后禁止迟到考生入场，考试结束前禁止考生提前退场。

2、报考四级的考生于上午8:45进入考场，报考六级的考生于下午14:45进入考场。

3、入场前必须主动出示准考证、学生证、身份证，三证缺一者不得进入考场。
