⑴ 英语四六级的写作和翻译怎么提高
做到心中有思路，中心点，写作高频词汇和语法多积累。
拿到题目后，先审题，速度在心中定位中心的意思和表达的点。不同的体裁不同的方法，一段都用三段式。文章有对立观点式、批驳观点式、社会问题现象式、图表式，每种作文都有自己对应的作文模板，具体可以去买参考书，每种模板记上二个，基本可以解决一半的问题。
其次是填充血肉，这就要求有严谨的语法知识和丰富的单词量，时态、语态、三大从句、主谓一致、虚拟语气、强调、倒装、非谓语动词等都要细心掌握好。单词量不用太多，有历年考试的写作高频次单词的，挑出重点，记熟背熟，一定要熟练的写出来。
写作的造句是单词和句型的升级，如果害怕出错，可以全用简单句，可以记几个长难句，用三个在文章里就够了，自己造句实在不会，就套用句式，记熟模板。
其实我所说的只是一些主要的意思，具体实施起来需要积累和记忆，更需要实操，但是，会让要考试的小伙伴思路明晰，有方法的去学习。
关于翻译，个人觉得是最考验基本功，但如果阅读理解没问题，翻译肯定是没问题+首先要明白整篇文章的大概意思，心中有谱，在翻译的时候，不要死扣一个词或者字，比如：但是，就有多种表达法。
如果一句话的意思你看懂了，但是单词很难，就把句子往简单好理解的意思上去靠，要学会灵活的变换说法。
把历年的真题好好研究，发现翻译的话题多是哪些热点的，传统文化、教育、科技都是热点话题，这个时候，就需要将一些固定表达法记下来了，不要记特别晦涩的，以简单的为主。
熟悉几大句型，理清主干和修饰成分，一般来说，5大句型是肯定要掌握的。
影响写作成绩的因素主要有三点：
1、鲜明的观点
先说文章的论点部分，建议论点摆在文章的前三分之一处，因为四级写作多采用“三段式”的方法，所以最好将论点摆在第一段的结尾或第二段开头。
2、合理的逻辑
英语讲究把内在的逻辑表象化，它的逻辑是显性的，而掌握汉语的逻辑关系主要在于语义的把握，因为它的逻辑是隐形的。
3、恰当的语言
写作和翻译不同，在做翻译时尽量少使用新鲜的词语去替换，因为很容易剑走偏锋，但写作可以尽情的发挥你的知识，就是要与众不同。
所以平时可以积累一些词语替换，比如is very important可以换成be of importance、play an important part，还可以换成一些词汇：significant、essential、vital。

1.四级翻译技巧：修饰后置例题：
?做秘书是一份非常复杂的需要组织、协调和沟通能力的工作。

分析：本句中“非常复杂的需要组织、协调和沟通能力”是修饰工作的，所以修饰部分放在后面用which引导定语从句。同学们在备考时也要注意，不要逐字翻译进行单词的罗列，一定注意句式分开层次。
2.四级翻译技巧：

好好买一本四级词汇书，或者是网上查找四级单词，将它下载打印，每天抽时间背单词，还要找时间复习我们昨天背过的单词。

听力对于四级考试也是很重要的，在我们每天背单词的同时也要花个十几分钟听听英语朗文，或者听听以前四级考试的听力题目，培养感觉。

究竟需不需要背单词?
就我个人的 经验 来看，单纯背单词对应试并没有太大的作用。因为高中生的词汇量理论上是足以应对大学英语四级。作为考生，我们要背的是常用词组搭配，一是为了在听力中能及时反应过来，二是在写作与翻译中会应用到大量的词组。
怎么训练听力?
听力的素材有很多，包括历年的真题、BBC、VOA、经济学家等。我的习惯是坚持每天听一套真题或者模拟题，并且尽量复述出它的主要内容，与此同时还会记下新词汇、新词组以及新习语。如果还有精力，会再听听BBC、VOA、经济学家等。因为2016年6月开始，听力中新增了讲座，所以托福、雅思中的听力也可以成为大学英语四级考试听力的练习素材。
怎么训练翻译?
四级翻译主要涉及中国文化常识、传统节日、名胜古迹以及一些时事。因此，平时要多积累此类英语词汇。此外，也要坚持每天训练真题或者模拟题，熟悉翻译的技巧，积累词汇。我训练翻译主要是在网上找题目( 英语学习 网站有很多，而且基本都是免费的，自己做一遍然后对一下答案。对完答案后，注意总结翻译技巧，比如倒装句，状语从句，还有记录一些我觉得比较常用的一些句型、词组搭配和词汇。
怎么训练写作?
实际上在备考四级的过程中我并没有练习很多的写作(不超过10篇)。因为四级 作文 是有结构的(这个你在写过两三篇之后就会有体会)。因此，提高写作的途径就是增加词汇量，这一点在翻译中就可以得到很好的训练。所以，我备考六级重点实在翻译和听力。基本上把这两块搞定，四级上600分就不难了。
