盼星星，盼月亮，端午节终于到了，一家人摩拳擦掌忙活起包粽子。
前一天早上，妈妈和奶奶把泡好的糯米拿出来，洗好粽子叶，准备开始包粽子。
我从来没包过粽子，于是对妈妈说：“妈妈，我不会包粽子，你能不能教教我啊？”妈妈说：“行，包粽子挺好学的，但是刚开始包很困难，你得耐心点儿。
首先，将两片竹叶叠起来，折叠成漏斗形状。
注意，卷的时候要尽量地紧，否则煮的时候会漏米。
”我跟着妈妈做，把粽子叶叠成一个漏斗。
“然后放入糯米，但是不要放得太满。
如果喜欢吃红粽子，可以在里面放一两颗小红枣。
” “在封口之前，先在糯米上撒点水，然后将余下的粽子叶盖在漏斗的大口上，现在粽子变成了一个三角锥形，再用剩下的粽子叶把粽子裹紧。
最后用绳子或马兰叶把粽子绑紧。
”这一步非常关键，说着简单，做起来难。
小小的粽子叶很“调皮”，就是不听我的话，“捉弄”我好半天。
在我想把粽子裹紧时，里头总是有米漏出来，气得我哇哇大叫，最后在妈妈的指导下，费了九牛二虎之力，终于包好了一个粽子。
尽管形状看起来不是很美观，但这是我包的最好的一个了。
下一步，开始煮粽子了。
先把粽子整齐地摆在锅里，把锅帘压在粽子上面，再往锅帘上放一盆水。
最后把水顺着锅边倒进去，大火煮40分钟，香喷喷的粽子就出锅了。
到了端午节这天早上，妈妈给我系上了五彩线，还嘱咐我不要随便折断或丢弃，只能在端午节后第一场雨时才能扔掉。
妈妈还告诉我了五彩线的来历，它象征着五色龙，可以降伏鬼怪，带走一切疾病。
我们还在门口插上艾草，挂上纸葫芦，家里充满了节日的气氛。
早上忙完这些以后，今天的主角——粽子，终于登场了！白白的粽子蘸上白糖，真是又香又甜，又软又黏，好吃极了。
五月五，是端阳，门插艾，香满堂。
