Nowadays, many primary schools give English courses from the first grade. It is commonly believed that the earlier children begin to study a foreign language, the better they can master it, so the English class in primary schools is necessary. But others take a negative attitude. They don't think language study in early age could foster the top language master. 自考雅思英语要做那些准备
如果你时间充裕,单词最好能背背。不一定拿本很难的词汇。我自己亲身实践的结果是--背一本四级词汇，雅思就差不多够用了。
建议你报新东方的雅思培训班，它会教你雅思各种应试技巧。同样的英文功底，仅仅是学了这些技巧之后，你就能在原有基础上提高半分到一分。这不是夸张，我亲身实践过的。
一般雅思培训班都会在报名时为你准备资料。我用的是新东方大愚系列的单项练习，效果还不错。另外剑桥雅思，就是紫+黑色书皮的系列模拟题一定要做，从该系列第3本至少做到第7本。这些材料到处都有卖。
听力要每天听。找一份听力材料，例如《LISTEN TO THIS》，用两方法训练：1，听一个句子的同时，手上记录关键词。2，听完一个句子，等念完后再写下来。我用这两个方法，两个月提高了一分的听力成绩。
口语要每天都练，不能停。如果没有伙伴可以和你一起练，那就对着镜子说。口语题目在我刚才提到的模拟题上都有样题。

一、临场应试技巧
1. 字迹。可以不漂亮，但是必须工整。
2. 字数。150字最佳。四级要求至少写120字，但是只写120字，每段平均只有40字，显得太少。有的同学写200甚至300字，又太繁琐。
