是的。
国际教学字母的书写采用木棍体，包括母语是英语的国家和第二语言是英语的国家，我国大多公立学校教的是连笔写法，也就是所说的英文花体。花体是外国成年人书写英语的方式，所以外教教学也是采用木棍体。
在国内懂英语教学的学校教学都是采用木棍体。有疑问的家长一定很多，培训学校也要给家长进行培训，但是木棍体在幼少儿阶段，才是科学的教法。公立学校若仍用连笔教学，用户掌握就好。
(2)英语培训标识扩展阅读：
注意事项：
1、字母选择要准确。标志设计中英文字母标志时选用哪一个或哪两三个字母，要根据标志名称中的重点单词来决定。一般来说，标志中出现的每个字母都是特定单词的缩写，具有特定的含义。所以在设计过程中，不能因某种设计方面的原因，出现随意改、换选定字母的情况。
2、字母形象要易认。标志中的字母，因具有文字的作用，所以不论怎样设计与变形，均要让人易于辨认。也就是说，标志中设计的字母形象要具有传统标准字体中字母的主要形象特征。若在标志设计中对字母形象过分变形或让字母之间进行复杂的穿插，那将会出现一个已失去字母基本特征。
3、字母排序要恰当。用两个以上字母设计标志时，字母的排列在视觉上要有前后顺序，也就是要符合英文语序。因为标志中字母的排序是由标志名称中单词的前后顺序决定的。有时由于艺术表现形式上的需要，可用特殊艺术手法改变字母常规的从左向右的排列顺序，可变为从前向后、从内向外等方式。
