前段时间听了教授的讲座《中小学教师专业发展的方法和路径》感触颇深。辜教授在讲座中从中小学教师应理性地明晰高位参培的价值；形成教师专业成长与发展的认同；着力提升高位教师的竞争能力等三大方面阐述了教师专业发展的方法和路径。其中，辜教授提到了教师职业的三种境界：经师、能师和仁师，这三种境界一语道破了教师成长的三个阶段，阐明了我们一线教师应追求的目标和方向。

原始积累：做一个好的经师

一名优秀的教师必然是一个好的经师，满腹经纶而知天下事，腹有诗书气自华。当一位教师刚刚走上工作岗位的时候，名师对他来说是一个可望而不可及的目标，如果好高骛远，一味模仿只会建造出一座空中楼阁，咋一看很漂亮，风一吹便倒塌。所以，新教师必须踏踏实实地做好一名经师。学习备课、上课；学习处理课堂突发事情；学习和学生交流。所以这里的原始积累不仅是上课的基本技能的学习，还有做好一名教师的基本素质的培养。曾经有很多 人在教学和教育上一再争论，是教育为先还是教学为先？我想，毋庸置疑，学生首先应学做人然后才是学习文化知识。所以，这里的经师首先应是一名教师，然后才是一名学科教师。我们也有很多年青教师专业素质极好，参加过一些赛课，因而就觉得自己是个优秀的教师，殊不知，这样还不是一名合格的经师。这一阶段的老师必须认真踏实地修炼自己的基本功，做到和学生心意相通。“授人鱼不如授人以渔”，一名好的教师，他教给学生更多的不是知识而是学习的动力。记得北京特级教师刘莹在讲座时曾说过她很多的学生英语学得都很棒，但并不是从她这儿学到的。也就是说学生学习的渠道有很多，就说我们小学英语吧，学生在课堂上学到的其实微乎其微，更多的是通过其他的方式或是以后的学习中学到的。所以，一名优秀的小学英语教师并在在于她的语言多么优美和标准（当然语言标准也很重要），更重要的是他能否给予学生学习的动力，而且让这股动力支撑着他的学生不断在这个领域攀登。一位新时期的优秀教师首先应是一名经师，一名积累了一定教学经验的能和学生沟通的老师。

智慧提升：做一名好的能师

一位教师如果仅是一名经师，那只能算是一名基本合格的教师。在经历过经师的原始积累后应着力提升为一名能师。能，技能，能力，能师是经师的智慧提升。这个阶段教师应具备优异的教学能力和良好的性格品质。优异的教学能力来源于教师对自己教学的不断反思和实践。从具体的教学实践来看，教师对自己的教学有了理性的思考，不再是一味依赖教科书，不再盲目崇拜专家学者，对教育教学有了自我调节和完善的能力。要做一名能师首先应从忙忙碌碌的经师状态中跳出来，站到一定的高度去审视自己的教育教学行为。就像我们在教学中经常会为一个环节的设计绞尽脑汁，想着怎么样更合理，怎样学生更容易接受。当煞费心机地想出了一些新的方法却发现学生根本不需要铺垫就能接受了。教学中如果我们多换位思考，就会有更有效的教学行为。所以，能师，首先应是一名智慧型的老师。其次，能师更应是一名思考型的老师。这样的老师有着自己理性反思基础上的个性规划。这也是辜教授讲座中所说的教学三境界“行动、心动、神动”中的“心动”境界，用心去思考，用心去实践，用心去创造。要发展成能师必须要基于教学，不人云亦云，寻找自己教学研究的生长点，让自己的专业个性鲜明起来。

特色蕴育：追求仁师境界

辜教授在讲座中提到：教师的最高职业境界是“仁师”境界，也就是我们平时所说的大师。大师是所有教师都追求的境界却也是很多人都望尘莫及的境界。一般来说，大部分教师经历了经师和能师后，教学素质逐步提升，教学技能相对完善。教师也因为家庭、社会等各方面的原因而进入了职业倦怠期。有的年青教师教学了三、五年后因为结婚生孩子等家庭事务而慢慢放慢了自己职业上的追求；有的老师因为转入了行政管理的岗位，无暇来提升自己的专业水平。所以，大部分教师发展成“能师”，就进入了自己事业发展的“高原平台期”，而无法成为“仁师”。就像辜教授在讲座中所说高位教师必须具有一定的竞争能力。首先要有较强的学习力，这里的学习力不仅指教师自己要有不断学习的习惯和能力，也指教师在教学中能培养学生的学习能力。辜教授说了学习的四个方面：本体性学习，条件性学习，实践性学习，一般性学习。实际上，能师只有善于学习才能找到自己发展的突破点而成为大师。试问在每天繁忙的工作后又有多少人能留给自己一点读书的时间？又有多少人能够持之以恒地学习呢？所以，大师必不是一般人所能达到的境界，大师一定是耐得住寂寞的人，一定是能静下心来研究的人。因此，仁师必须要有一定的研究力，这里的研究也不再是对教学实践中一些现象表面的研究，而是能透过现象看本质，从实践上升到理论，再用理论来指导自己的实践，并逐步形成自己的特色，这就是创新力，没有创新，永远都只是在实践别人的成果。很多特级教师之所以是特级，是大师，是因为他们在自己的学术领域有了特色，有了创新，真正达到了“神动”的境界。就像我每次听沈峰老师的课都感触颇深，特别佩服沈老师在课堂上的深入浅出，收放自如，和学生心灵默契的和谐感觉。沈老师每一次的课之所以打动我们是因为她的课总是走在一线教师思想的前列，不断地有着创新，这就是大师的魅力吧。

总之，这次的讲座让我学到了很多知识，也让我明白了，作为一名新时期的小学英语教师，我们不应该满足于做一名经师或能师，而应该努力去成为一名仁师。英语骨干教师研修班正体现了组织对我们的特殊关怀和殷切希望，我们更应该找准自己发展的差异，冲击新的高点。

我是英语专业的，不过只有在一些英语培训机构（像夏令营之类）当过英语老师，一点感想不知道能不能帮上忙。
给小学生讲课比给中学生上课相对简单一些，因为孩子们很愿意跟你互动，一般不会造成课堂气氛沉闷的问题，但是要把课真正上的孩子爱听又能学到知识还是有一定难度的。
首先，给小学生上课因为课容量比较小，所以尽可以充分运用视觉和听觉的双重刺激，但是要注意结合孩子们的兴趣，比如讲“lazy”这个此可以从大家喜欢的懒羊羊讲起，再插入一些懒羊羊的图片或者是一首带flash动画的英文歌比如“Lazy Mary”，总之吸引他们眼球是第一位的。
其次是上课时候的肢体动作很重要，不能太僵硬，表情要生动，给孩子一种亲切感。
再次，把握上课的节奏。注意观察他们的状态，如果上了30分钟了，感觉孩子累了，精神开始不集中了，可以暂时把节奏放慢一些，给彼此一个调整状态的时间，可以利用这段时间让还在吧刚教的单词或句子在本上写几遍，既能让孩子加深印象又能让大家稍做休息。
最后，最能活跃气氛产生良好效果的就是和孩子一定要时时互动，课前多准备一些有意思的活动，上课的时候确保孩子是整节课的主体，尽量多的给孩子参与的机会。
其实，一个老师一个风格，你完全可以按照自己的方式赢得他们的喜欢。打心眼里喜欢孩子，有爱心，从孩子的角度出发我们可以做的还有很多。
