Each of the contestants has 3 minutes to present a prepared speech and 2 minutes to answer questions raised by the judges.

During the prepared speech, a staff member will raise a yellow board as a signal that there is half a minute left. Then, at the end of 3minutes, a red board will be raised to let the speaker know that the time has run out. So, please raise the red board. Thank you!

『拾』 第一节英语课开场白
虽然我还是个学生（英语系），但我想你我也没差几岁，说些建议可以吧，我可以说说我们学生想听得。
不知道您是什么性格，但第一节课一定得让学生认为您特有性格……
您可以先说一些很NB的句子，比如To be,or not to be,that is a question.这句可以告诉学生不管高一成绩怎么样，只要用心，今后都没问题，但选择权在自己。
或者说些有意思的， “ Something is out of our control, so we have to command ourselves.” said Linghu Chong.英文版笑傲江湖……告诉学生努力过成绩却没提高也不要灰心之类的，您自己拿捏。
鼓励学生的话，Everyone has his inherent ability， which is easily concealed by habbits, blurred by time, and eroded by laziness.这句还可以拿来定从考试哈~~
还可以告诉学生，英语只是一门语言，难道人连话都不会说？每人无法达到极致，但达到“还不错”的分数是谁都可以的。
如果您不是那种很有气势的老师，也不是班主任，实在不行就直接跟他们说,我今天有些紧张,第一次接班.不一定用英语说,有点亲和力比较好或许他们会喜欢你呢.
另外，我的高中英语老师第一节课，一句开场白没有。上来就讲句子结构，动词是句子心脏，他很猛……
数学老师是个科任老师，第一节课刚进班就爆了一句“这组不齐”呵呵，之后又说了一些身体与学习的关系，说了一节课，快下课时让我们总结她那节课说了几方面内容，
关键在于平时，其实我们学生都希望能讲课好，待学生真诚，一定让学生感受到您的真诚，又稍有威严的老师。还有千万不要说“以后大学的老师怎么怎么样”“长大就理解老师”之类的话，我们很叛逆，我们不爱听，真的……
