一、舞蹈特性

如果在舞蹈作品中，以手段作为目的、演员高超的技艺不以反映生活、表现人物的思想感情为其存在的前提，或是不以舞蹈内容出发采选取相应的舞蹈动作技巧，而是以展示演员所掌握的舞蹈技巧能力出发，那就会使舞蹈作品由于内容和形式的脱节。
或是缺乏艺术的完整性，而陷于失败，舞蹈演员的技艺本身也就沦入了杂技性的技巧表演，而丧失了舞蹈艺术的基本品格。
二、柔韧性
1、软度的重要性
好的柔韧性在舞蹈里是重要的因为它将会使身体出现幅度大、漂亮的舞姿，通过身体外形呈现出来。而且锻炼出了好的柔韧性就能轻易的做出一些动作。比如劈叉和下腰。
2、超越人体极限的运动
有些人想通过舞蹈让自己拥有很软的身体但是又不想跳舞。所以有时候有人会错误的去学舞蹈。在这世界上有一项运动它极大限度的训练身体的柔软度而且训练的过程会非常的痛苦。这个项运动就叫做“柔术软功”。

一次演出的失误让我的心选择了放弃，我害怕失误，一个芭蕾舞者怎么能在舞台上出错，多少次的练习都是为了在舞台上跳一支最优美的舞蹈，为了那种被掌声包围的幸福感，不知在台下付出了多少次的努力，不知流了多少次的泪……但在芭蕾舞老师和妈妈的鼓励下我又重新站在了舞台上，一次又一次的成功表演都引领我走上爱芭蕾的这条路，现在的我喜爱芭蕾，再也不会放弃它，我会继续向前，直到到达芭蕾的成功彼岸。
