电枢绕组简介
电机的电枢中按一定规律绕制和连接起来的线圈组。它是电机中实现机电能量转换的主要组成部件之一。组成电枢绕组的线圈有单匝的,也有多匝的,每匝还可以由若干并联导线绕成。所示为一只线圈在槽中安置的情况。线圈嵌入槽内的部分称有效部分，伸出槽外的部分称做连接端部，简称端部。
电枢绕组由一定数目的电枢线圈按一定的规律连接组成，他是直流电机的电路部分，也是感生电动势，产生电磁转矩进行机电能量转换的部分。线圈用绝缘的圆形或矩形截面的导线绕成，分上下两层嵌放在电枢铁心槽内，上下层以及线圈与电枢铁心之间都要妥善地绝缘，并用槽楔压紧。大型电机电枢绕组的端部通常紧扎在绕组支架上。
电枢绕组分直流电枢绕组和交流电枢绕组两大类。它们分别用于直流电机和交流电机。

直流电枢绕组
通常采用双层绕组。线圈的有效部分包含左、右两个有效边。放在槽内且靠近槽口的有效边叫上层边，靠近槽底的有效边叫下层边。同一槽中上下层间用绝缘纸隔开。同一线圈上下两有效边沿圆周方向的距离即为线圈的跨距，通常用槽距（两相邻槽间距离）的倍数表示。跨距约等于一个极距（相邻两磁极的距离，也常用槽距的倍数表示）。
直流电枢绕组分叠绕组、波绕组和蛙绕组3种。每个线圈的两个出线端连接到换向器的两个换向片上，两者在换向器圆周表面上相隔的距离称为换向器节距，用Ys表示。不同形式的绕组具有不同的换向器节距。
①叠绕组：有单叠绕组和复叠绕组之分。单叠绕组是将同一磁极下相邻的线圈依次串联起来，构成一条并联支路，所以对应一个磁极就有一条并联支路。单叠绕组的基本特征是并联支路数等于磁极数。各条支路间通过电刷并联。
单叠绕组线圈的换向器节距Ys=1。Ys>1者称复叠绕组。比较常用的是Ys=2的复叠绕组，又称双叠绕组。双叠绕组在一个磁极下有两条并联支路。例如一台四极直流电机，采用双叠绕组时,共有8条并联支路。各条支路间也是通过电刷并联。电刷组数等于电机的极数。其中一半为正电刷组，另一半为负电刷组。叠绕组的并联支路数较多，它等于极数或为极数的整倍数，所以又叫并联绕组。
②波绕组：有单波绕组和复波绕组。单波绕组的特点是将同极性下的所有线圈按一定规律全部串联起来，形成一条并联支路。所以整个电枢绕组只有两条并联支路。波绕组线圈的换向器节距式中P为磁极对数;k为换向片数；a为使Ys等于整数的正整数，它等于波绕组的并联支路对数。单波绕组的a＝1，而a=2的复波绕组称双波绕组,它可以看成是由两个单波绕组并联而成的复波绕组,故有4条并联支路；a＞2者可类推，但用得很少。
波绕组从并联电路连接原理上说,只需两组电刷,即一组正电刷和一组负电刷。然而，通常直流电机中波绕组的电刷组数仍然等于其极数，这是为了减轻电刷和换向片接触面上的电流负荷，从而可以缩短换向器的长度。此外，对线圈电流的换向也有好处。
直流电枢绕组常由于某种原因造成各并联支路的电流不均匀分配,使铜耗增加,电枢绕组过热；有时也会使电刷下发生有害的火花，给电机运行带来不利影响。将电枢绕组内部理论上的等电位点用导线直接连接，就可以改善电机的运行条件。专门为此而设置的连接导线称为均压线。
③蛙绕组：由适当配合的叠绕组和波绕组混合而成的一种直流电枢绕组。叠绕组和波绕组的线圈接在同一换向器上并联工作。由于其线圈组合的外形很像青蛙而得名。这种绕组因波绕组线圈和叠绕组线圈之间互相起着均压线作用，故无需另外加接均压线。采用蛙绕组的直流电机有良好的运行性能，故其应用日益广泛。
电枢绕组是直流电机的核心部分．当电枢在磁场中旋转时，电枢绕组中会感应电动势．当电枢绕组中有电流流过时，会产生电枢磁动势，它与气隙磁场相互作用，又产生电磁转矩．电动势与电流相互作用，吸收或放出电磁功率．电磁转矩与转子转速相互作用，吸收或放出机械功率．二者同时存在，构成电磁能量与机械能量的相互转换，完成直流电机的基本功能．因此，电枢绕组在直流电机中起着重要的作用。
根据不同的联结方法，电枢绕组可分为：(1)单叠绕组，(2)单波绕组；(3)复叠绕组；(4)复波绕组；(5)混合绕组等．它们的主要差别在于从电刷外看进去，电枢绕组联结成了不同数目的并联支路，以满足不同额定电压和电流的要求，其中单叠绕组和单波绕组是两种基本的型式．由于篇幅的限制，本书主要介绍单叠和单波绕组。
电枢绕组虽然有不同类型，但在结构上有其共同的特点：它们都是由结构形状相同的绕组元件(简称元件)按一定的规律联结而成．绕组元件又叫线圈，一台电机的总元件数用s表示，每一元件有两个放在槽中能切割磁通感生电动势的有效边称元件边．元件在槽外的部分不切割磁通，不感生电动势，称为端部．元件可分为单匝元件和多匝元件，前者的元件边只有一根导体，后者元件边则有多根导体串联绕制而成，元件匝数以N。表示，每个元件有两根引出线，一根为首端，一根为尾端，它们接到不同的换向片上。
绕组的各个元件之间通过换向片相互联结起来，这样就必须在同一换向片上，既连有一个元件的首端，又连有另一个元件的尾端，使整个电枢绕组的元件数S和换向片数X相等，即S＝K。
绕组元件被嵌放在电枢铁心的槽内，如第七章图7—8(a)所示，它的一个元件边被放在槽的上层，称为上层边，另一边被嵌放在另一槽的下层，称为下层边，同一槽上下二层放置了不同元件的有效边，而一个元件也只有两个边，这样电枢的槽数Q就应该等于元件数J。
为了正确地把绕组嵌放在槽内并与换向片相联结，首先应了解电枢和换向器上各种绕组元件的节距．所谓节距是指相关的两个元件边之间的距离，通常以所跨过的槽数或换向片数来表示。

交流电枢绕组
交流电枢绕组可分为卷线式和笼式两大类。
卷线式绕组又有以下几种分类法。
①按相数分类：有单相绕组和三相绕组。如果是三相的，要求三相绕组在磁场空间位置上对称分布，也就是各相间互差120°电角度。
三相绕组可接成星形(Y)或三角形(△)，如图4所示。如果把D1～D6等6个线端都引出来,则可根据需要接成Y或△形。例如为了降低起动电流,使异步电动机起动时接成Y形，而运转时接成△形。
还有一种星－三角混合的接法。这种混接可有串联和并联两种。利用星－三角混接可以从三相电源中获得相当于十二相的电流系统。
并联混接中星形绕组部分和三角形绕组部分之间容易产生环流，所以实际上采用的以串联混接为多。
②按每相绕组在圆周上连续占有空间的电角度（俗称相带）分类：有120°相带、60°相带和30°相带等绕组。通常三相交流电机采用 60°相带绕组。在相同串联导体数下,60°相带绕组感应电动势约比120°相带绕组的感应电动势大 15％以上。30°相带绕组虽然可以进一步提高绕组利用率，但由于其绕组制造复杂，而感应电动势提高不多，故仅用在一些有特殊要求的场合，例如用于高效率电动机中。
③按槽内线圈边的层数分类：有单层绕组、双层绕组和单双层绕组。
单层绕组多用于小功率电机。和双层绕组相比，它的线圈数减半，故绕线及嵌线工作量较少。双层绕组可以任意选择绕圈跨距以改善电动势和磁通势波形，或用来削弱某一特定的有害谐波。它的所有线圈几何尺寸一致，便于制造，并且端部结构整齐，有利于散热，机械强度也高，因而，除了小型电机外，双层绕组在所有容量范围内都得到了广泛应用。单双层绕组是双层短距绕组的一种变形，其性能和对应的双层短距绕组相同，但端部接线较短。线圈的几何尺寸不等是它的一个缺点。
④按每极每相槽数q分类:有整数槽和分数槽两种。整数槽绕组应用最为广泛。
分数槽绕组主要用以削弱同步电机中危害极大的齿谐波，改善电动势波形和减少表面损耗。在低速多极的水轮发电机中用得很多。与整数槽绕组相比，分数槽绕组的磁通势中谐波较多，必须防止可能引起的振动和噪声。
此外，单层绕组中还可按线圈端部的连接方法分为同心式、链式和交叉式3种。
笼式绕组是异步电机中应用最广的一类交流电枢绕组。它的结构和定子绕组很不相同。在异步电机转子铁心的槽内各有一根导体条。铁心两端槽口外有两个端环分别将所有导体条的两端都连接起来，成一短接的回路。如果去掉磁路部分的铁心，只考虑导电的电路部分，则此绕组的形状像一个笼子（见三相异步电动机），故得名。笼式绕组的每根导体条就是一相。它可以和任意极数的旋转磁场相配合，在其中感生电流。笼式绕组中的感应电动势很小，所以一般不需要绝缘。

三相异步电动机的旋转原理
三相异步电动机要旋转起来的先决条件是具有一个旋转磁场，三相异步电动机的定子绕组就是用来产生旋转磁场的。我们知道，三相电源相与相之间的电压在相位上是相差120度的，三相异步电动机定子中的三个绕组在空间方位上也互差120度，这样，当在定子绕组中通入三相电源时，定子绕组就会产生一个旋转磁场， 定子绕组产生旋转磁场后，转子导体（鼠笼条）将切割旋转磁场的磁力线而产生感应电流，转子导条中的电流又与旋转磁场相互作用产生电磁力，电磁力产生的电磁转矩驱动转子沿旋转磁场方向旋转起来。一般情况下，电动机的实际转速低于旋转磁场的转速不同步。为此我们称三相电动机为异步电动机。
二、单相交流电动机的旋转原理
单相交流电动机只有一个绕组，转子是鼠笼式的。
