人生道路當中，困難就像一座山擋在路中間，阻擋我們的去路。不同的人有不同的選擇。知難而退的人：看了調頭就跑；半途而廢的人：爬山爬到一半就不爬了。面對挫折，永不退縮的人：這些人不怕累，結果爬上了山頂，看到了山後面的世界。
我是屬於第二種的人，我一運到困難，剛開始的時候有興趣解決，到最後解決不了就放棄了。比如說學習，難做的問題開始的時候很感興趣，可到最後想不出的時候就想：想不出就想不出，反正我有想就好啊！何必強求呢？直到到了這個暑假裡我上網看了一個故事：在一次火災中，一個小男孩被燒成了重傷，下半身已經毫無行動能力了，醫生告訴他以後只能靠輪椅度日了。但他不甘心困於輪椅的生活。就對自己說：「我一定要站起來！」。他每一天都抓緊籬笆牆練習走路。但一天天過去了，他的雙腳還是軟弱無力的垂著，沒有任何知覺。盡管如此，他仍沒有泄氣，繼續堅持練習著。他的身體慢慢恢復了，最後有一天，他竟然在院子里跑了起來。他就是葛林？康漢寧博士，他曾跑出過世界最好的成績。
所以我也要向康漢寧博士學習.我問爸爸哪種困難比較現實？爸爸說：「你假想一下如果爸爸媽媽都外出了，你就要克服洗衣服、做飯等等的生活困難。」現在這些困難我都克服了。我還克服了一種困難：在學習，難做的問題開始的時候很感興趣，可到最後想不出的時候就想：想不出就要問，如果不懂裝懂，就永遠飯桶。最後我不是問家人就問同學和老師。
我現在克服的困難還不是康漢寧博士的一半，所以我要向康漢寧博士學習。

when confronted with difficulty, most important of all is to calm down first! Think it over and probably we will find the way out. This is my own experience when facing a difficult situation. Life is full of ups and downs, what we need to do is to be prepared for everything unexpected!Take one of my story as an example. When I was still a primary school student, I prefered to go out without asking for permission from my parents. I just enjoyed the feeling of wandering aroud,with the purpose of looking for something excited. Most of the time I inlged in playing and virtually forgot the time.So, at last I got lost and didn't know where to find my way home. As the time went by, I became more and more frightened.Not knowing what to do at the very beginning, I felt like a cry.But I held back because my father always asks me to be confident and never give up when in a difficult situation.
