計劃是有，就看你有沒有這個恆心去執行了，我是英語專業的，有幾點意見你看看嘛專。
1.大學英語屬和初中高中有一點不一樣的就是「說」，這一點是最重要的，而且這也是個相對簡單的辦法，多讀多說，鍛煉你的語感，讓你的大腦里不知不覺把當成生活中的一部分。
2.其次要多聽。這也是大學英語里不可缺少的一個模塊。而且這也是鍛煉自己英語能力的一個重要部分，你可以一天拿兩個小時的時間練聽力，最初可以選比較簡單速度較慢的，多聽幾遍後熟悉了如果能邊聽而且跟著說出來當然更好。
3.如果感興趣的話，也可以用英語寫寫東西，有時候我是用英語寫日記，就那麼一兩百字就像寫小作文一樣。
個人觀點，覺得可以的話可以試試。
