Learning English just like learning any other language, is hard work so my first advice is to spend much time practicing using English every day. Besides, we should listen to the teacher and take notes carefully in class. Go over what is learnt regularly and finish doing our homework carefully. Listen to English radio programmes, read English stories and newspapers, watch English films and TV programmes ,keep a diary in English and attend English debbates and speech contests. If we make mistakes, correct them at once and try not to make the same mistakes. What's more, we should look up new words in the dictionary before class and prepare each lesson carefully before class. 我認為要想讓學生的英語寫作能力有所提高,一方面教師要充分利用教材中的寫作技能練習，另一方面，教師還要有計劃的指導學生進行寫作，使學生逐步掌握寫作技巧：（一）循序漸進，著眼於基礎 「冰凍三尺，非一日之寒」。英語寫作能力並非是一蹴而就的。它必須由淺入深、由簡到繁、循序漸進地進行訓練。教師應注重抓基本功訓練，嚴格要求學生正確、端正、熟練地書寫單詞和句子，注意大小寫和標點符號。進行組詞造句、組句成段練習時，要求學生寫出最簡單的短句，為以後英語作文打好扎實的基礎。新教材的寫作話題新穎，有許多新的常用詞彙、短語和重要句型。教師可以根據本單元的寫作話題，每天精心選擇2-3個片語或句型，讓學生做翻譯或造句練習；一周之後，讓學生運用這些片語和句型進行寫作。種做法既可以培養學生的寫作能力，又可以提高寫作的效率，還可以幫助學生掌握一些習慣用語和句子結構，從而提高學生遣詞造句的能力。進行基本功訓練時要充分發揮小組合作的團體作用.（二）範例引路，限時訓練 模仿優秀的英文範例，在學習英語寫作的初級階段，對於迅速提高學生的英文寫作水平幫助極大。首先，閱讀範文可以使學生增強感性認識，熟悉作文所必需的開頭、銜接、結尾等基本技巧。再則，學生在練習寫作的過程中，參照一些同類體裁的範文，對於謀篇、行文有很好的借鑒作用。 另外，中考英語寫作的要求是將所規定的材料內容經整理後，展開思維，目的在於考查學生運用所學英語知識准確地表達意思的能力。因此，訓練時當場發題，限時交卷，促使學生快速理解信息，迅速表達信息，提高實際應用和應試能力。這一步是關鍵，也是學生的難關。我平時指導要求學生在寫作過程中牢牢記住以下口訣：「先讀提示，弄清要點與格式；時態語態要當心，前後呼應要一致；句子結構和搭配，語言習慣莫違背；文章寫好細檢查，點滴小錯別忽視。」學生明確目的並掌握要領後，要嚴格在規定時間內完成作文。訓練的初級階段，每次時間可放寬一點。隨著學生寫作能力增強，時間相應縮短，做到在規定的時間內完成任務，決不能養成拖拉的壞習慣。（三）自改互改，及時講評 寫作講評是非常關鍵的，因為在每一次認真高效的講評之後，學生的寫作技能都會有所提高。因此，在每次布置寫作之後，教師一定及時批改，及時發現帶有共同性、傾向性的錯誤，並分析其性質和原因，然後及時在課堂上反饋。 學生自主參與批改作文有助於他們提高書面表達中的語言准確性。這種學習方法使學生擁有更多的參與機會，可以互相幫助，通過自己的思考解決問題。學生通過寫與改，不僅學會了使用語言進行交流，而且掌握了基本的語言知識，使語言功能和語言形式有機地結合起來，從而提高了學生的整體語言水平。
