1. 備忘錄（Memo Writing）
首先，備忘錄是一種正式的專業文件，多用於機構組織中，所以通常要求內容結構清晰，簡明扼要，傳遞迅速。備忘錄約定俗成的格式一般由以下五個部分組成:
To：收文人
From: 發文人（全名，無需稱呼語）
Date: 日期
Subject：事由，要求做簡略陳述即可
Message：正文，陳述最重要的信息或結論，通常包括5個要素（who, what, when,where,why），注意寫作內容不需要過分的高階詞彙做修飾，但應表達清楚准確，語氣要正式、禮貌，這樣通常都能拿高分。
注:結尾處不需要結束語和簽名。
2. 便箋寫作(Note Writing)
便箋，類似於我們熟知的留言條，通常可表達通知、請求和留言等內容，形式簡單，語言隨意、簡潔且口語化，切忌繁文縟節。
