家庭因素：父母都是農民，家庭經濟負擔很重。
社會資源專業因素：銀川、西安同學比較多，加強同學間的聯系是未來工作的必要。
專業因素：我是學習生物專業的，我的外語成績相對其他科目較高。而生物方面的最新科技與信息都在國外，努力學習英語，閱讀英文原版生物方面的著作有助於我了解更多相關知識。
社會因素：雖然，經濟危機席捲全球，但我國仍以較快的速度發展。經濟危機對於房地產、股票、銀行等行業，對於生物醫葯等行業經濟危機影響不大，而我國現在實施擴大內需的政策，因此，生物醫葯等相關行業仍有很光明的前景。特別是自改革開放以來，我國醫葯業產值年均增長率在16.6%左右，我國已成為世界上醫葯行業發展最快的國家。
但是，國內目前僅有4000家以上的制葯企業，其中外資公司佔多數，國內的生物制葯行業還達不到國際水準，因此將知識轉化為實際應用是目前國內首要問題。
勞動力市場因素：銀川生物醫葯方面崗位欠缺，但是，現在趨勢很樂觀。醫院葯房變零售葯店的改革，使葯師的作用凸顯。按規定，每家葯店必須配備一名職業葯師，而我國高達1：10的缺口使葯師成為比較好的職業之一。
隨著人們對健康的關注，人們對保健的要求也開始私人化、固定化，於是健康管理機構遍地開花，而健康管理師則少得可憐。而諸如優秀的醫葯產品研發人員、醫葯代表和中高級相關管理人才市場也是十分渴求。
四、行動計劃
大四在完成學業的同時，製作簡歷，參加學院、學校舉行的各種就業、面試講座；購買商務正裝，學習各種共關禮儀，提升自己的第一印象積極參加各場校內外招聘。
中長期目標:
畢業後，短期目標是從公司普通職員做起，積累經濟實力和經驗。工作時做到熟悉公司產品，了解公司企業文化及相關規章制度，做個合格的員工。閱讀相關書籍，多向老員工學習，熱情對待工作、同事並贏取信任。積極參加公司的各種活動，樂於為同事服務，把公司當成自己的家。把自己的成果建立在大家一起努力的基礎上，樂於與他人分享快樂
長期目標是通過前期的積累來建立自己的平台，已實現自己關注經濟發展，促進生物醫學技術的更廣泛應用。從商業運作角度切入，先到大學學習工商管理，學習世界上先進的商業運作理念。鑒於中外企業運作的差距，所以中國的生物市場具有很大的潛力，因此研究生畢業後我將投身於生物醫葯技術在中國的普及與應用。
五、風險、危機預測與應對方案
風險一、如果以本科生的身份進入生物醫葯行業，存在難度。
方案1：加強業務能力，加強學習，耐心等待機會；
方案2：立刻轉換方向尋求更大發展。
取捨原則——根據情況做出最佳選擇，傾向於方案1,因為切入難主要是業務水平的問題，一旦就 業,在5年內不易頻繁轉換工作，5年以後的發展要看當時的環境變化。
風險二、自身發展跟不上行業的發展，最終被淘汰。
方案1 ：繼續進修，並且轉換環境尋求其他的發展機會；如果出現這樣的危機，我想除了加強學習、鍛煉，應該沒有更好的方案了，不過經歷一個階段的挫折不一定是壞事，可能還能鍛煉更堅韌的意志，但即使不從事生物醫學工作，也可能有其他的工作更適於我的發展。
風險三、家庭、教育與職業發展的沖突。
原則——尋求能和諧發展的結合點，該取時取、該舍時舍，因為完全不顧及一個方面都不利於另一方面的發展。
結語
