做一名好老師,首先的是責任感要重。熱愛,關心每一個孩子,不與孩子的成回績的好壞來區分孩子的答好壞,每一個孩子都是好孩子。英語在我們的教育中是有一定的難度,小學英語應該以培養孩子對英語的學習興趣為切入點,培養孩子的口語能力。一味讓孩子死記硬背單詞只會適得其反。每一篇對話,課文都要孩子熟讀,得到背會的要求,老師翻開每一頁課文,孩子都能一口氣讀完或背會,不可停頓。這樣堅持一段時間,孩子的成績就會大幅提高的...
一、了解中西文化的差異是寫好英語文章的前提。
這里的文化差異不僅包括人文地理和民俗風情方面的不同,而且包括了中英文語言運用習慣的諸多不同。首先,在平時的教學中,我們就必須根據教材,適時滲透一些西方文化知識,讓學生嘗試了解相關的文化背景等。課後也可鼓勵他們自己上網查閱相關資料。這樣,既開闊了學生語言學習的視野,也為他們日後的寫作提供了一些文化素材。例如,在寫 「My favorite festival」一文時,很多學生都寫到 「Christmas Day」,這里就涉及到了不少西方節日風俗的文化知識。對這個節日了解較多的學生,他們准備著筆的內容就比其他同學豐富多了。其次,了解英語語言運用的習慣,學習一些簡單的英語語法知識,對於寫作也是很有必要的。否則,就容易在譴詞造句中出現我們中國人學英文的通病——中國式英語。
二、要靈活變通,合理做好作業批改。
在批改英語作文的過程中,經常能發現一些將中文生硬地翻譯成英文的表達法。由於中英文之間的差異和詞彙量、表達法積累的不足,出現難於表達的情況是十分正常的。關鍵問題在於如何處理。有一句話叫做「立志如山,行道如水」,套用在這個問題上就很合適。期刊文章分類查詢,盡在期刊圖書館寫英文作文,一定要有決心把它寫好,有信心把意思表達清楚,這是「立志如山」;但關鍵是遇到問題時要有個靈活的態度,能像流水一樣變通解決問題。
有個翻譯界的故事說:在某大型國際會議的招待會上,一道菜是用雞蛋做的。與會的客人問翻譯:「What is it made of?」本來是非常簡單的一個問題,結果翻譯太緊張,忘了「egg」這個詞,但是他急中生智,回答:「It is made of Miss Hen』s son.」這里,就是一個靈活變通的範例。繞道表達,是寫作中應該常常運用的一種方法。
三、積累詞彙和句型是英語寫作入門的關鍵。
這一點與初學中文寫作有很多相似之處。一篇用中文書寫的文章可包括:字﹑詞﹑句﹑段。借用行家的話來說,這些都是構成文章血肉的基本元素。同樣,英語作文也必須重視單詞和句型的運用。所以,在小學高年級,英語教師就尤其要注意「以新帶舊」教學手段的運用。在教授新單詞和句型的時候,使以前的語言知識點也得到相應的鞏固。同時,適當地教學一些教材以外的常用的簡單詞句,有意識幫助學生擴大詞彙量,這對寫作是非常有益的。在我為五年級學生授課的第一天,就要求每個學生都必備一本筆記本,用於記錄教材外所學的新詞彙(隨堂筆記和課外閱讀摘抄的好詞句),並建議他們有空多翻看,復習,以達到「溫故知新」的效果。當然,小學生自主學習的習慣培養難度是比較大。為此,我首先著手培養學生的興趣,讓他們品嘗到積累詞彙的樂趣。於是,我有時就利用早讀課的機會進行開展一些活動,如詞彙接力賽,單詞串串句游戲等,並每次都累計比賽積分,以每月底在班上評出兩個「Smart pupils」。這樣,學生學習的熱情被激發了,擴大詞彙量的許多問題便迎刃而解。常言道,厚積薄發。隨時間的推移,我在批改學生作文的過程中,發覺越來越少學生出現以前常有的「無話可寫」的毛病了。
四、模仿範文是英語寫作入門的必經階段。
因為小學生所掌握的英語詞彙和語法知識有限,他們初涉作文領地,大部分學生都會感覺「無從下筆」或者即使冥思苦想拼湊好一篇短文,也難以避免多處的單詞拼寫和語法錯誤。所以,提供一兩篇優質的範文供初學者模範學習是相當有必要的。由於較少發現有同步作文集的書籍,我通常都是自己執筆寫「下水文」給學生提供參照。成就一篇文章本身是一個創造性的思維過程,但是通常也不能抹殺習作模仿帶給作者的靈感和啟迪。為初學英文寫作的學生提供範文,一方面可以幫助他們克服懼寫的心理障礙,另一方面可以引導他們用較規范的句式去表達觀點或描述事物,避免因語法知識的缺陷而胡亂拼湊「中國式英語句子」的現象。
五、訓練口語是英語寫作入門的重要環節。
聽說讀寫是語言學習的四大要素。在學習的過程中,這四者是緊密聯系,相互促進的。在現階段的小學英語教學中,略側重於口語教學,這與學生的年齡結構和語言習得規律的階段性都有關系。為此,小學高年級的英語教師就必須利用這一點引導學生成功跨越初步寫作的障礙。小孩基本都有個「通病」——愛動口,懶動筆。所以即使對高年級的學生,在教學中我依然重視他們的口語訓練,只不過形式改變了,要求提高了。回答問題,連詞說話和復述課文等都是我常用的練習方式,偶爾還會讓學生進行相應的寫話訓練。這樣一來,學生不僅口語方面有提高,而且寫話水平也有了明顯的進步。在每次進行作文練習時,我通常都要求學生先說一說,然後再提筆。這相似於低年級學生初學中文寫作時的說話練習環節,對於他們盡快踏入寫作之門都是很有益處的。

二.抓好課本教學,夯實英語基礎。
在小學,學生的主要學習時間是課堂學習時間。學生的主要知識來源於課本,課本是學生學習的根本。課本給學生提供基本的句型,語法知識,詞彙等。所以,對於課本中的內容,可適當要求學生背誦,小學生善於模仿,通過背誦課文,一些句子就會在學生心中生根發芽,學生就會有意無意地模仿這樣的句子進行寫作。課文中的句子一般來說是很規范的,學生的寫作也會較規范。記憶中的課文也是學生寫作時句子處理的依據。憑語感和課文結構,利用個人的智慧和對作文題目及要求的理解,學生會寫出語法正確,句意通順,結構嚴謹規范的作文。
