因此，我懷著十二萬分的愧疚以及十二萬分的懊悔給您寫下這份檢討書，以向您表示莪對沒有完成作業這種惡劣行為的深痛惡絕及打死也不再重犯這種錯誤的決心。
莪已經深刻認識到此事的重要性，於是莪一再告訴自己要把老師交待的作業當成頭等大事來抓，不能辜負老師對莪們的一片苦心。 。
如今，大錯既成，我深深懊悔不已。經過深刻檢討，認為深藏在本人思想中的致命錯誤有以下幾點：
1、 思想覺悟不高，對重要事項重視嚴重不足。就算是有認識，也沒能在行動上真正實行起來。
2、 思想覺悟不高的根本原因是因為本人對他人尊重不足。試想，如果莪對老師有更深的尊重，莪就會按時完成老師教代的每項作業
據上，莪決定有如下個人整改措施：
1、 按照老師要求繳納保質保量的檢討書一份！對自己思想上的錯誤根源進行深挖細找的整理，並認清其可能造成的嚴重後果。
2、 制定學習計劃，認真完成老師交給的每項作業
3. 和同學們加強溝通。爭取和全班同學共同進步

最後，麻煩老師及同學費時來檢閱本人所做之檢討，交了這份檢討，莪正處在老師對莪的考驗之中，……莪現在徹底理解老師教育我們的苦口婆心…… 為了感謝老師的淳淳教導，莪在此保證如果有一次重來的機會放在莪面前，莪盡莪之所能剋制自己，絕不讓老師失望。請老師諒解莪這一次的錯誤吧！
請老師看莪今後的表現，莪保證不再出現上述錯誤。
