1、評價語言要多樣生動多樣化
從語言方面對學生的課堂表現進行評價是最常用的方法,但不是每個學生的表現都一樣,我利用語言的多樣性,體現出對學生的表現的評價的不同。例如,對於表現的不夠好的學生,鼓勵他:ok!youaregood!(不錯,繼續加油!);對於表現一般的學生,對他說:good!youareright!(好!你答對了!);對於表現更好的學生,贊美他:youareverygood!(答的太好了!);對於表現出色的學生動情的對他說:youareexcellent!(太棒了,答的真好!)或則是youarewonderful。當學生得到一般的評價時,他會更積極的參與課堂活動,爭取得到更好的評價;當學生聽到最好的語言評價時,內心肯定比吃了蜜還甜。 在注重語言多樣性的同時,另一方面要注重課堂上參與活動的活動量。例如,積極回答問題、提出問題、參與游戲、表演會話、表演唱歌、及時完成家庭作業等等。
2、讓學生進行自我評價和小組互評
學生的自我評價是學生在積極主動的參與課堂活動後,對於自己的表現進行評價。如果他對自己的表現很滿意,他可以獎勵自己一顆紅星;如果他認為表現還不錯,他可以取下一顆黃星;如果他認為自己還須加油,他自己取下一顆藍星。學生的小組互評則是小組與小組之間的相互評價,在一個小組表演完英語對話或節目之後,由其他的小組對這個小組進行評價,評價等級同樣分為紅星、黃星和藍星。這樣一來,學生通過自己參與,對自己學習過程、結果的評價和對同學學習活動的評價,既是對自己學習活動的總結,也是自己發現問題、解決問題的過程,在這個過程中,充分發揮了學生的主體作用,調動了學生學習的主動性和積極性。
