1 新題型到底難在哪裡？
答：新題型「讀後續寫」「概要寫作」是一種將原本獨立的「閱讀理解」與「寫作」組合在一起得出的「新題型」。
一道題目，雙倍難度。說難是真的難，說簡單也簡單，畢竟在清朝末年，一位叫高鶚的考生，就遇到了類似的題目：

簡單什麼簡單，簡直和高鶚續寫紅樓夢一樣難啊！！！
認真講，以前英語老師會說：「得閱讀者得天下」，因為閱讀理解考查學生的能力最綜合，得分也難。而英語作文，只要背夠連接詞、鏈接句、再來幾個經典長難句，基準分是有保障的。
可如今的「概要寫作」「讀後續寫」，已不再是背幾十個單詞，用用on the one hand......on the other hand 就可以應付了，在寫作之前，先得讀懂閱讀材料，還得構思與原文銜接、還要用上原文所給的五個單詞，然後才能續寫。
2 哪些省份的高考有新題型？
2015 年 8 月，在教育部考試中心發布的《普通高等學校招生全國統一考試英語科考試說明》中，提出了寫作新題型：讀後續寫或概要寫作，兩種形式在不同考次不定期交替使用。讀後續寫作為一種全新的高考題型，於 2016 年 10 月首次在浙江英語高考卷中亮相，並沿用至今。
該題型已經在浙江、山東、遼寧等省份的日常考試中頻繁出現，並將在2020年高考中使用。河北、江蘇、北京、天津、海南、湖南、湖北、廣東、福建、重慶等省份也在陸續將新題型納入日常練習，和高考考查中。
3 讀後續寫主要考查什麼能力？
讀後續寫主要關注學生以下四個方面的能力：
①把握短文關鍵信息和語言特點的能力。學生需要了解所給短文的主要內容，清楚其關鍵詞和語言結構的使用情況，並通過續寫短文表現出來。
②語言運用的准確性和豐富性。學生能准確、恰當地使用所學詞彙和語言結構，還能夠根據內容需要使用較多、較復雜的詞彙和語言結構。
③對語篇結構的把控能力。學生需要掌握上下文邏輯關系，所續寫的短文與所給短文及段落開頭語之間要有連貫性，所續寫的短文內語句要連貫、有序。
④創造性思維能力。學生所續寫的短文要具有較豐富的內容，包含詳細和生動的情景、態度和感情描述。

We took a plane to Albuquerque, a big city in the state of New Mexico. We reached Albuquerque in the late afternoon.Uncle Paul, my dad』s friend, picked us up from the airport and drove us up to his farm in Pecos.
His wife Tina cooked us a delicious dinner and we got to know his sons Ryan and Kyle. My dad and I spent the night in the guestroom of the farm house listening to the frogs and water rolling down theriver nearby. Very early in the morning, Uncle Paul woke us up to have breakfast. 「The day starts at dawn on my farm,」 he said. After breakfast, I went to help Aunt Tinafeed the chickens, while my dad went with Uncle Paul to take thesheep out to graze (吃草). I was impressed to see my dad and Uncle Paul riding horses. They looked really cool.
In the afternoon, I asked Uncle Paul if I could take a horse ride, and he said yes, as long as my dad went with me. I wasn』t going to take a horse ride by myself anyway. So, my dad and I put on our new cowboy hats, got on our horses, and headed slowly towards the mountains. 「Don』t be late for supper,」 Uncle Paul cried, 「and keep to the track so that you don』t get lost!」 「OK!」 my dad cried back. After a while Uncle Paul and his farm house were out of sight. It was so peaceful and quiet and the colors of the brown rocks, the deep green pine trees, and the late afternoon sun mixed to create a magic scene. It looked like a beautiful woven (編織的) blanket spread out upon the ground just for us.

Simon has nothing to say in reply. So, the judge graated from Nanking University, sentenced Simon has to pay Mr Smith USD 20,000 for compensation. This story tells us, when trying to help others, do remember to see how much money in your wallet.
