1.語言基礎知識的貧乏。語音、詞彙、語法是構成語言的三個基本要素。要想充分表達自己思想,掌握足夠的詞彙量是前提,准確理解詞的涵義是基礎,能寫出語法正確、合乎英語表達習慣的句子是目的。

中考試卷中對學生寫作能力的考查集中在“書面表達”這一項,這是學生比較容易失分的一項。所以寫作是中學英語教學的一個重點,同時也是教學難點。
二、學生英語寫作中存在的問題
1. 漢語影響,中文構思,語言累贅啰嗦。
2. 詞彙貧乏,寫作時靈活多變不夠,單詞易用錯,拼錯,混淆詞性;
3. 句型誤用,語法不通,句子不完整,指代不清;

針對以上學生作文里存在的這些問題,我們應該怎麼做才能更好地幫助學生解決問題,達到提高學生寫作能力的目的呢?下面是我結合實際工作總結出的一些寫作這塊如何指導訓練學生的主要方法:
1. 寫作基本功訓練:
1) 作好背誦記憶工作
第一個環節,鞏固詞彙。主要方法就是要求學生堅持每天聽寫、默寫與話題有關的重點詞彙。在平時的訓練中,我還要求我的學生記憶一些來自於完型填空和閱讀中出現頻率較多的單詞,這些詞在寫作中能起到畫龍點睛的作用。
第二個環節,布置學生積極背誦範文。英語是結構語言,具有其自身的固定搭配、習慣用語和基礎句型。只有多讀多背,對英語的語言習慣才會熟悉起來.並且找到語感,寫作時也才不會被漢語的思維習慣所干擾。教材中的不少篇章中都含有與話題相關的基礎句型,為了讓學生大腦中輸入和儲存更多的語言信息,以便寫作時靈活應用,教師在平時的教學中應要求學生在理解的基礎上熟讀和背誦課本重點篇章,經過日積月累,培養語感,寫作時就能得心應手。
2) 作好句型練習
記憶所學的詞和片語的最好方法是在使用中記憶。如果要訓練學生使用句型,我認為造句,翻譯和句型轉換這三種方法最為有效。
首先,教師應該要求學生根據課文的重點短語造句。這樣既鞏固了本課重點短語,又可以鍛煉學生的語言組織能力。
其次,教師應該每天堅持給學生布置翻譯練習。翻譯練習對於提高學生用英文構思句子是很有幫助的。老師可以利用身邊的教輔材料,緊扣課本選擇一些較實用的句子讓學生翻譯,每天3-4句,可以利用課前2分鍾或早自習時間核對答案,也可以抽查批改,公布答案讓學生自主訂正,長此以往,不會造成教師和學生很大的負擔,卻有助於學生打好寫作基本功。
最後,教師要多多訓練學生的句型轉換,要盡可能地讓學生積累多種句型,並且指導學生各種句型的應用特點,以避免學生在寫作時只是機械地堆砌句型。
