一般情況下，我們在做自我介紹時，可以包括以下幾點內容：
首先是問候語，向面試官問好，比如：尊敬的各位老師，你們好……
第二就是自報家門，主要是介紹你的基本情況，包括姓名、畢業院校、所學專業。其中，名字介紹是一個重點，如何突出你的名字創意，如何讓面試官在眾多求職者中一下記住你的名字，這個是求職者需要細細做的一個准備工作。
第三就是與工作相關的自我展示，可以談談你的學習成績、工作經歷、你的優勢和能力；或者你對該崗位的認識、看法等。一定要針對你所找的工作來談，要舉一些例子來證明你的優勢和能力，不要泛泛而談，空洞無力。
最後，就是表達一下你的謝意，等等。
可以說，自我介紹時要注意強調以下幾點：
（1）你非常喜歡和熱愛這份工作。
（2）你對這份工作的認識和看法。
（3）用具體事例證明你有這個能力和優勢勝任這份工作。
（4）談一談你的其他特長和興趣愛好。
（5）表達一下如果錄用後你的態度或者做法，等等。
當然，做好自我介紹，也有很多細節需要注意，比如語速一定要適中，要讓別人聽清楚你所講的內容；要有激情和現場感，不要像詩歌朗誦似的，要自信大膽；姓名應重點介紹，不要一帶而過；要突出個人的優點和特長，使個人形象鮮明，可以適當引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評論來支持自己的描述；不可誇張，堅持以事實說話，要有相當的可信度，特別是具有某方面經驗的，最好是通過自己做過的實際事例來驗證自己。
