今年夏天，我參加了學校舉辦的夏令營，真正與同學們「玩兒個痛快」。這一次的目的地是千年古都——西安。7月6日，我們懷著激動的心情登上去往西安的火車。開始了富有樂趣的旅途。
在火車上，大家都憧憬在西安短暫的生活里，討論著西安會是什麼樣子，到時會怎樣安排，許多許多問題。巴不得一下子就到了西安，讓自己的好奇心得到滿足。因為太過於興奮，一路上幾乎都沒睡過覺呢！用來睡覺的時間全都用來談天說地，把整個車廂都吵得鬧哄哄的，幸虧這車廂沒其他人，要有其他旅客，那還不得投訴呀！直到關燈，車廂里才靜了下來，但竊竊私語的聲音仍纏綿不斷。一夜興奮過後，大約早晨7、8點時，西安到了。
下車以後，用小跑代替走路的我們，終於看到了夢寐以求的古都西安。直到這時，學名叫做「興奮」的心情煙消雲散，我們有了一個共同的願望：上車睡覺！！！哎！誰叫我們太過於興奮，在火車上那麼好的環境睡不著覺呢？在車上，沒人聽導游講解，全都呼呼大睡了。直到下車，睡神才勉勉強強的離去。吃過早飯，到了景點，我們又勉強打起精神，聽導游講解。對於這里的一切，我們就像一個剛出世的嬰兒，對於周圍的一切全都一無所知，所以非常好奇的這里看看，那裡摸摸。恨不得一瞬間什麼都懂呢！一上午時間很快就過去了，本來上午就沒吃飽的我們，飢腸轆轆的來到餐館，一上一個菜，20秒之內搶完。連是什麼味道都沒弄清楚呢！晚上在賓館里可熱鬧了！我們都互相串門兒呢！事先打個電話通告一下，然後帶個小玩意兒去。每個房間讓一個人當哨兵，一看見老師來立即把房門關緊，然後把燈一關，看起來好像是睡了覺一樣，挺好玩兒的。男生有的還向我們敲門要東西吃呢！
第二天我們來到了革命聖地——延安，經過一天後，我們住在了延安最著名的窯洞里。當然是很豪華的窯洞里，那天晚上，是我最難忘的一天晚上。
