二、正文（Body）

日記是每天生活的記載。生活的內容廣泛，但寫作時應有所選擇，最好是記下當天最有意義，或感受最深的東西，不能記流水帳。日記的寫法靈活，形式多樣。它常用敘述的方法，也可議論、抒情和描寫。

由於日記記載的事情通常已經發生過，謂語動詞一般用過去時態，當然根據實際情況，也可用其它的時態。
