2. 曾經的英文翻譯

曾經的英文翻譯：once。

adv. 一次；曾經；conj. 一旦；n. 一次；adj. 曾經的。

once用作連詞時可引導時間狀語從句和條件狀語從句。用於前者時意為「一旦…就…」，所引導的從句多很短；用於後者時意為「只要」，這種條件從句似帶有時間條件的含義。

英語翻譯技巧：

1、省略翻譯法

這與最開始提到的增譯法相反，就是要求你把不符合漢語，或者英語的表達的方式、思維的習慣或者語言的習慣的部分刪去，以免使所翻譯出的句子沉雜累贅。

2、合並法

合並翻譯法就是把多個短句子或者簡單句合並到一起，形成一個復合句或者說復雜句，多出現在漢譯英的題目里出現，比如最後會翻譯成定語從句、狀語從句、賓語從句等等。

3. 英語翻譯:他兩年前曾經去過倫敦。 用現在完成時寫

對應的英語：

（用現在完成時要表示的是他自兩年前到現在還在London）。
如果是兩年前去過，後來又離開了的表示是：
He used to come/go to London two years ago.
