確立正確的英語寫作教學觀念，改變中學英語寫作教學的薄弱狀況，是主題寫作活動的意義所在。在高中英語寫作教學中，發展學生的主題寫作能力，有利於培養學生思維的廣闊性、深刻性和創造性，全面提高學生的綜合語言運用能力，為學生的終身學習和全面發展奠定基礎。教師要從教學實際出發，尋找方法和突破口，改進寫作教學的方法和技巧。教師要善於對課程資源進行挖掘，以順應不斷更新的課程要求，讓主題寫作成為鞏固和促進基礎語言學習、提升學生寫作能力的有效途徑。
（一） 確立正確的英語寫作教學觀念
英語寫作具有動作技能和智力因素相融合的學習認知屬性（Reid, 1993）。學生的英語寫作能力必須有寫作知識的指導，讓學生知道如何寫，並在寫作過程中將知識轉化為能力。許多教師認為，只要學生動筆寫作就能提高寫作水平，因此一味地要求學生練習寫作，但又不教給學生寫作知識。學生經過一段時間的努力寫作能力仍沒有明顯提高時，往往會失去寫作興趣。還有些教師認為，學生語法學好了，詞彙量大了，閱讀面廣了，寫作水平就會提高，因此在英語教學中花在寫作知識學習和訓練上的時間遠不如聽說和閱讀的訓練多。這些是誤導英語寫作教學的錯誤觀念。英語寫作是動作技能和智力因素相融合的學習結果，在教學實踐中二者不可偏頗。
（二） 彌補中學英語教材寫作部分的不足
目前絕大多數英語教材在知識學習和技能訓練方面都比較關注聽、說、讀的活動設計，寫的活動通常作為鞏固環節安排在每個單元或者模塊學習之後。寫作活動只是要求學生根據課文內容以及提供的相關句型和詞彙寫作，然而這種寫作任務實際上是要求學生對課文進行機械模仿。為什麼要這么寫？這么寫的知識要求有哪些？這些關鍵性的問題教材沒有涉及。這就需要教師補充相關知識。為了彌補教材設計的不足，教師應根據不同的寫作教學目標要求，結合寫作內容、寫作方法、寫作文體，補充相關的寫作知識和寫作策略。在布置寫作任務之前或者在寫作訓練當中，先進行相關的寫作知識指導。
四、主題寫作活動應遵循的原則
要讓主題寫作活動發揮最大功效，學生就必須有一定的語言知識積累，才能在寫作中提取相關語言素材，為主題寫作提供最基礎的語料，為系統而持續的主題寫作活動打好堅實的語言基礎。
（一） 話題內容相關性原則。
要利用單元話題來活躍學生的思維，話題的選擇就要有一定的針對性。主題寫作要貼近學生的生活，與學生的學習經驗、能力和水平相當。教材為學生進行主題寫作提供了語料和方法策略指導，有很強的指導性和示範性，脫離了單元話題的寫作難以提高學生的寫作能力，也就達不到鞏固單元目標語言的效果，更無法全面提升學生的綜合語言素質。
（二） 趣味性原則。
由於中學生正處在求知慾最旺盛的年齡段，往往對自己熟悉或感興趣的內容比較關注，因而教師要善於利用各種活動和形式，激發學生對主題寫作的興趣。當學生的興趣被激活時，學生寫作才有內驅力和創造力，才能發揮最佳水平，寫出好作文。
（三） 思維創新性原則。
要讓習作體現學生獨立的思想、語言和風格，不被教材提供的語言素材所限制，教師就需要在主題寫作教學過程中注意培養學生的發散性思維，培養學生對語言的靈活運用及准確表達的能力。創新的過程也是綜合語言素質全面提升的過程。
（四） 方法多樣性原則。
在確定了寫作主題後，寫作活動不僅是在教材範文基礎上的模仿寫作，還可通過多種方法推進，如翻譯語句、連句成段、選詞填空等。寫作完畢，教師可引導學生進行班級大討論，推薦優秀習作，同學在欣賞學習優秀習作的同時進行小組討論並質疑，提出改進意見，說出自己對話題的理解，從而培養學生積極的思維能力和語言運用能力（楊文娟，20xx）。
五、主題寫作活動課堂實踐案例探析
（一） 教材分析
目前筆者所在地區採用的是新編北師大版高中英語教材。這套教材一大優點在於其語言材料的組織都是圍繞某個主題展開的。每單元有一個主題，下面每一課都有自己的話題，對於這些話題學生都較感興趣，有話可說。這樣的教材編排特點適合開展主題寫作活動。每個單元的前三課或四課是單元話題下的基本詞彙、短語、句型和語法項目的學習，Communication Workshop是對單元知識的擴展和綜合運用，通常有基於單元話題的寫作指導及任務。學生獲得的單元基礎語言知識以及他們運用語言知識的准確和熟練程度，完全可以通過話題寫作活動來檢驗和強化，而且主題寫作活動可以體現語言學習的價值和意義。
（二） 主題寫作教學實例
下面結合新編北師大版高中英語教材第7模塊，第21單元的主題寫作教學案例進行探析。
本單元的話題是人類生物學，通過單元學習，學生應能夠流利地運用單元目標詞彙和基本句型來討論有關人類科學的相關話題。食物、健康和醫學是人類生存和發展中永恆的話題。學生對人類科學有較為濃厚的興趣，所以此單元話題下的寫作圍繞人類發展展開，貼近學生的生活，易於激發學生的寫作興趣。學生對單元主題詞彙和基礎語句已經有了一定的掌握和積累，能夠用單元基礎語言材料組織語句，表達自己的想法。教師在指導學生進行主題寫作時，完全可以依託單元話題語料。
克隆人是在人類生物學發展到今天無法迴避的話題，但具有極大爭議性，這種本身有爭議的話題正適合本單元Communication Workshop的寫作要求Learn to write a discursive essay，此文體要求學生第一段介紹話題，第二三段分述反面觀點及正面觀點，最後一段給出個人觀點。但由於克隆人在現實世界中還沒有出現，同時又遠離學生生活，因此為了給學生帶來更直觀的感受，教師最好課前布置所有同學回家觀看電影《逃離克隆島》，這部電影探討了科隆人及其引發的道德問題。
課堂上教師首先利用大量的與主題相關的圖片、電影片段等創設談論克隆人的氛圍，讓學生用英語表明自己對克隆人這一科學話題的態度。這一活動激活了學生寫作所需的話題詞彙，可以作為寫前的熱身。從交際功能的角度講，這樣的聽、說形式的語言活動，不但不會沖擊主題寫作活動，反而與主題寫作教學是相互統一、相互促進的。

在完成上述活動的基礎上，通過課本P99的Writing Help引導學生通過小組協作完成a discursive essay的後三段提綱，要求第二三段分別寫出中心句及至少兩個論據。基於小組活動的寫作練習實際上幫助學生搜集有說服力的論據並克服對寫作的畏難情緒，讓他們有信心完成寫作。這種形式的寫作訓練強化了學生的語言運用技能，幫助學生初步完成單元寫作要求，培養學生的寫作思維和寫作能力。
教師可以要求學生在寫完提綱後，同伴間相互交換檢查，檢查內容包括拼寫、用詞是否准確，句式是否准確，語法是否准確，語言表達是否流暢、豐富等。互評可以鼓勵學生間健康向上的競爭，激發競爭意識，促使每個學生盡力提供最好的作品，並且糾錯之一的過程有時語言知識的再現和再復習過程，能夠使學生在交流中得到更多的幫助，收獲不同的語言思維和語言表達方式，補充和豐富自己的語言學習。
在提綱寫作的基礎上，引導學生利用Writing Help中的格式要求(正式與中立的風格)，以及Communication Workshop中的連接詞（although, even though, however, therefore, while）獨立完成寫作任務。此寫作活動充分強化了有關連接詞的理解即運用，提高了學生的寫作能力。
學生最終完成習作後，將學生的作文張貼在教師里，讓學生互相批閱。學生互相批閱能激發他們主動尋找差距的意識，也是對單元目標語言再理解、再鞏固的過程。學生從另外的角度反思自己習作中的語言運用，強化語用意識和語言運用能力。教師在學生批閱完後，可再作進一步檢查。這屬於指導性主題寫作。通過教師不同程度的引導和幫助，學生將自己要表達的思想通過一定的邏輯組織後用文字表達出來。
這種主題寫作練習可以是獨立完成，也可以是小組合作，方式可以靈活多樣。指導性主題寫作是介於模仿性寫作和自由寫作之間的過渡性寫作，學生在進行大量的模仿性寫作練習和指導性寫作練習後，才能掌握一定的寫作技巧，從而進行自由寫作。指導性主題寫作可以幫助學生從原始的模仿性單元語料學習過渡到具有創造性的.基礎語言運用，提升綜合語言運用能力。

隨著課程標准對學生寫作技巧要求的提高，寫作教學的地位越來越重要，每一位教師都在摸索寫作教學的可行方法。有些教師認為，寫作就是讓學生堅持不懈地寫；有些教師認為，寫作就是要套用各種範例；還有些教師認為，學生必須多背才能寫好作文。這些方法都有一定的可行性和效果。提高學生的寫作能力必須建立在一定的基礎上，如學生的寫作興趣、寫作願望、成就感等。要想滿足學生的這些心理需求，教師就必須從挖掘課程資源入手，設計主題寫作活動，讓學生在輕松活躍的寫作氛圍中主動運用單元目標語言，同時教師要善於發現學生習作中的閃光點和不足之處，讓學生在展現自我的過程中提高英語寫作能力。

People have different responses to this phenomenon. Some say that it is people』s right to share their possessions or experiences with others on the Internet, as
long as the things are legal and the experiences real. However, some criticize that the rich people are too arrogant. What』s worse, there are also a few who are not actually rich but put fake photos only to satisfy their vanity.
In my opinion, sharing is a good thing, and it is exactly the spirit of the Internet. But people should make careful choice on what they are sharing. After all,showing off is not very nice, not to mention faking.

以前，對於我這個一臉稚氣的一年級新生而言，同學是陌生的，老師是陌生的，一切都是陌生的；現在，對於我——一個即將畢業的小學生來說，離開母校、與大家分別是那樣不舍，內心裡只剩下依依不捨。難忘班上同學一張張熟悉的笑臉，難忘一同玩耍的姐妹們，難忘親愛的母校，更難忘來時的尊尊教誨。難忘，一切都是那樣難忘……
對於即將畢業的我來說，小學畢業，無疑將是我人生的第一個轉折點。現在，我只祈求時光能不能不要飛逝，讓我好好回憶六年小學生生活的點點滴滴。
上學期學校舉行的冬季運動會，可能是因為這是我們小學生涯最後一次運動會，大家想讓自己大顯身手的慾望「更上一層樓」了，更加踴躍的報名。拔河作為人氣最旺的項目之一，我當然不會錯失良機。
比賽當天，參加把何必三的同學們一個個摩拳擦掌，聲勢浩大，耀武揚威的走上pk台。呀！我們的對手怎麼回事六（5）班呢？oh my god！六(5)班的同學一個個人高馬大，而我們班的主力軍之一費芳琳同學很不幸得了膽結石，去醫院做手術了……怎麼辦，我們只剩下了體格較為瘦弱的的隊員了，我們拼得過他們嗎？沒辦法，我們只能背水一戰了，與他們展開「殊死拼搏」。
隨著嘹亮的哨音響徹雲霄，屬於班與六(5)班的啊「戰斗」拉開了帷幕。「六(3)班加油！六(3)班加油！」啦啦隊員們鼓足了氣拚命地吶喊著。我不知是因為聽到了啦啦隊員的助威，還是怎樣，感到熱血沸騰，像是得到了某種強大的力量。我拉著繩子，想把繩子朝我所在的地方靠近，兩只手被繩子了的火辣辣的疼，為了班級的榮譽，這點疼算什麼。我看見繩子上的紅布條正一點點的向我們班的「戰區」靠近，心中感到無比欣慰，剛准備再加一把勁，誰知六(5)班的同學一下爆發了。第一輪他們贏了。可憐的我們呢，太認真了，大多都摔倒在地上，揉著各自疼痛的身軀，踉踉蹌蹌地爬起來，准備第二輪比賽。「老虎不發威，你當我是hello kitty」大家的鬥志被點燃起來。比賽開始後,各自的能力紛紛展現出來，鼓足了勁拉繩子，吶喊聲助威聲也是此起彼伏，繩上的紅布條似乎也同意乖乖的跟我們「回家」……隨著結束哨音吹響，張校長莊重的宣布了這輪比賽的結果：「六(3)班勝利！」「耶！」屬於我們的笑聲在操場上空飄盪。大家歡笑著，蹦跳著，好似這次比賽鐵定就是我們贏一樣。可惜，好景不長，我們終究不敵強敵，與六(5)班的較量以失敗告終，在年級中排名第四。雖然，我們輸了比賽，但我們贏了志氣，贏了骨氣。
如果說小學生活如一片汪洋，那麼這件事就如汪洋中毫不起眼的一滴小水滴，不過正是千千萬萬個如這樣的小水滴，才有了我們絢麗多姿的小學生活。
天下沒有不散的筵席。
在操場上，我們一起笑過、哭過、努力過，風雨的洗禮把我們對班級的愛更加赤裸裸的表現了出來，化作絲絲真情灑落在這片肥沃的土地上，直至開花結果、花開花落。
