4、跟讀過程中要注意的幾點：
（1）一定要盡力模仿發音和語調，越象越好。
（2）開始時速度可以比較慢，要逐步使自己跟上人家的速度。
（3）中間可以回倒重放，但我傾向於讓大家完成一小段後再回去重來。
5、同步閱讀。當你對文章發音、語調完全掌握之後，就要在放錄音的同時同步跟讀。爭取讓自己的聲音與他完全重合。注意語調和語音。如果中間有結巴的地方也不要緊，繼續讀下去，然後再回來重讀。
6、關掉錄音機，朗誦課文。注意使用學到的語音語調。 帶滾瓜爛熟之後，可以進入下一篇課文。
這樣，一兩個月之後，當你」精讀」過五到十篇約一千字篇幅的文章之後，你會發現你的英語發音和聽力有了明顯的進步。 再配合其他學習，如與人聊天，看電視，聽廣播，等等，口語水平會得到顯著提高。

先聽，後讀說寫。回

本質上，答口語跟寫作是一致的。因為每次你寫作下筆前，腦子裡面都會響起句子的聲音。然後你在下筆。不信你可以試試：）

那麼，我個人推薦一個網站，叫做 ted in 3 min
可以搜搜裡面的視頻，然後反覆做跟讀。一定要精。
跟讀分三個步驟
1 一句一停（語音語速語調一致，再下一句）
2 全文不停有字幕跟讀
3 全文不停無字幕跟讀 （最考功夫，同時進步聽說讀寫四個單項）

最後，任何方法，貴在持之以恆。可以每天半小時。多多益善。堅持2周，就能看見初效。
過程中有問題，可以隨時追加提問。
