就揉成一個個的餅.
這時候別急得下鍋哦....這非常關鍵的一步,就是繼續讓餅睡覺.讓它們鬆鬆骨再長大一點.這個大約要半小時.也要蓋一下的哦...
然後,就可以烙啦.
記住了,進鍋前那個休息時間,是非常非常重要的.還有,面最好用低筋面.
如果是蒸包子,包好包子也要讓包子先睡一覺.冷水放包子.蒸好後,別急得開蓋啊...關火後晚10分鍾開蓋,否則包子就踏下去了.
