On thursday, he went back to school but sadly, he broke his ankle ring PE so he got send back home. unfortunately, he needs to stay at home on friday because he has not recovered yet. His closed him self up for a whole day to finish his homework and on saturday he watched a foodball match. And as for sunday, his parents took hin to the hospital to do a recover check for his ankle and the doctor said he'll be able go back to school next monday which left him with another week on bed! what a unlucky week! 看看行不？

Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people』s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people』s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. For instance, many young students are addicted to online games, which will generate bad effects on their studies and might lead bad consequences.

In my opinion, we should keep a balance between amusement and study or work. Of course, we should join some recreational activities after study, but we need arrange our time properly. Only in this way can recreational activities provide more benefits for us.

For example, several friends and I once took a trip down a wild river in a raft(橡皮艇). We spent a week navigating dangerous currents, camping at night, fixing our own meals and having much fun. I am a member of our college football team. I also like to do risky things such as skiing, motorcycling and mountain climbing, but I don't do them often and be very careful.
I also like to be with my friends. I usually get invited to at least one party a week. If I don't,then I arrange one myself, even it is very informal Whenever I have a chance, I either eat out or go dancing with my friends.
I have spent whole days reading a book, and I occasionally stay up late at night with a good novel. Sometimes, too, I like to spend a relaxed evening watching TV programs, or talking with friends about serious matters over a glass of juice.
