我有一張圓圓的臉，一雙烏黑的眼睛，短頭發。我今年12歲了，不小了吧？卻總也脫不掉那滿臉的稚氣。
我的愛好就是愛看書。說起看書，我還有一段小故事呢！那天，我看見我的一個同學買了一本《苦兒流浪記》，這本書我已經嚮往了許久，可是爸爸始終沒有答應我的要求。我的自尊心很強，從小到大幾乎沒有央求過別人，這次，我硬著頭皮，只好向他去借。誰知，他說可以是可以，可得拿動物圖書跟與交換，我只好把書給他，向他要了那本《苦兒流浪記》。
我的缺點就是愛掉「金豆豆」。咳，你可別笑，這也是我的愛好哩！養的寵物死了，哭！受同學欺負，哭！考試不好，哭！看書看到感人處，鼻子一酸，又落下兩排「大珍珠」。不過，我絲毫不覺得難為情，古人雲：「當笑則笑，當哭則哭，無須掩飾。」
要說我不愛的，就數運動了。體育成績自然不好了。三年級時，壘球扔個四五米頂天了，成績還沒過70分。不過，這個缺點，以後我要改。

我有個樂天助人的特點。記得有一次，我們中午放學，我走在回家的路上，忽然看見一個老奶奶身上背著很多東西，走不動了。我馬上跑過去，問了一下情況。原來今天老奶奶去走親家，由於親家給的禮物太多，老奶奶累得走不動了。於是我對她說：「老奶奶，我幫助你把東西背回家吧！」老奶奶高興地回答說：「好，好。謝謝你，小朋友。」我一邊背著東西一邊攙扶著老奶奶。不一會兒，就到了老奶奶家。我把東西放到老奶奶的屋子裡，老奶奶直誇我是一個好孩子。我聽了，心裡甜蜜蜜的。
我也有一個愛好，愛看書。記得有一天上午，媽媽叫我剝蠶豆，我答應了。我一邊剝蠶豆一邊看書，媽媽看見了，哈哈大笑。我疑惑不解地說：「媽媽，你笑什麼？」媽媽回答說：「你自已看一看吧！」我連忙低下頭一看，我也忍不住笑了起來，原來我把豆殼和豆肉混在一起了。當然，這是我的一個缺點。以後，無論做什麼事情都要認真，全神貫注。
我呀，有時候也很馬虎。比如在數學這一方面，舉個例子說明：125×30＝3750。用簡便的方法就是125×3＝375。我先這樣算出結果，直接把「375」當成了得數，把積縮小了10倍。有時候，我還會把加法算成乘法，把乘法算成加法呢！
我寫完了作業，根本就不檢查，才造成了許多錯誤。如果我檢查了，有時候還會照著原來的抄寫一遍。當然是為了節省腦子嘛。我決定，以後要認真檢查作業，保證沒有錯誤才行。
我這個人愛看電視，所以大部分精力都用在了看電視身上了。有時候，我吃飯也要看著電視，看書也看著電視。一開始，我以為是一舉兩得，兩全其美，可是接下來一考慮，還是一件事情也沒有做好。爸爸因此還給我訂了一條規則：如果五年級上學期考考不到滿分，不準看電視。我想：我以後要少看電視，把精力要用在學習上。
我有許多優點，也有許多缺點。我以後要改正這些缺點，取人之長，補己之短。我要改變自我，做一個新的我。
