隨著新一輪基礎教育課程改革的推進，對教師的評價發生著前所未有的變化，同時教師的教育觀念、教學行為、教學方法、教學手段都面臨著一場前所未有的大變革。在這個背景下，有關課堂教學評價的研究引起了越來越多的人的重視，我們都知道課堂教學中評價的目的在於掌握學生的學習情況，激發學生的學習熱情，促進學生的全面發展。？在教學過程中我深刻體會到下列因素的重要性。就這一點我有下列幾點感受。
1、評價語言要多樣生動多樣化
從語言方面對學生的課堂表現進行評價是最常用的方法，但不是每個學生的表現都一樣，我利用語言的多樣性，體現出對學生的表現的評價的不同。例如，對於表現的不夠好的學生，鼓勵他：ok!youaregood!(不錯,繼續加油！);對於表現一般的學生，對他說：good!youareright!（好！你答對了！）;對於表現更好的學生，贊美他：youareverygood!（答的太好了!）;對於表現出色的學生動情的對他說：youareexcellent!(太棒了,答的真好!)或則是youarewonderful。當學生得到一般的評價時,他會更積極的參與課堂活動,爭取得到更好的評價;當學生聽到最好的語言評價時,內心肯定比吃了蜜還甜。 在注重語言多樣性的同時，另一方面要注重課堂上參與活動的活動量。例如，積極回答問題、提出問題、參與游戲、表演會話、表演唱歌、及時完成家庭作業等等。
2、讓學生進行自我評價和小組互評
學生的自我評價是學生在積極主動的參與課堂活動後，對於自己的表現進行評價。如果他對自己的表現很滿意，他可以獎勵自己一顆紅星；如果他認為表現還不錯，他可以取下一顆黃星；如果他認為自己還須加油，他自己取下一顆藍星。學生的小組互評則是小組與小組之間的相互評價，在一個小組表演完英語對話或節目之後，由其他的小組對這個小組進行評價，評價等級同樣分為紅星、黃星和藍星。這樣一來，學生通過自己參與，對自己學習過程、結果的評價和對同學學習活動的評價，既是對自己學習活動的總結，也是自己發現問題、解決問題的過程，在這個過程中，充分發揮了學生的主體作用，調動了學生學習的主動性和積極性。
3、用動態及表情參與評價
動作是無聲的語言，調動體態語言進行評價，能起到口頭評價達不到的效果。教師要善於調動體態語言，豐富評價內涵。例如，握握手、拍拍肩、摸摸頭這些親熱溫暖的舉動能給學生身心帶來愉悅；此外，我在課堂教學中常給學生以信任的目光和親切的微笑，因為我相信教師那燦爛的笑容是開在學生心中永不凋謝的鮮花。
掌握良好的評價方法，可以讓學生的學習效率大大提高，也能很好的保護學生那一份學習英語的熱情

It is an indisputable fact that most colleage students fall in love with somebody.What about contemporary colleage students' view of love?In my opinion,contemporary colleage students have the following 2 views of love.On one hand,treating more seriously in love and thinking love is on the basis of feelings.They are generally more mature psychologically, there is a certain sense of responsibility and a better understanding of each other.On the other hand,dealing with the attitude of love not seriously,it is not sincere. This type of colleage students regard love is just for fun,or meet a variety of desires.They are basically no sense of responsibility,there is not love between the two sides and they know nothing about each other.
