本學期的教育教學工作已接近尾聲。一學期下來感受和體會頗多，現將有關情況作個簡單介紹，與各位同仁交流研討。
本學期我擔任八年 級(1)、(2)班的英語教育教學工作，這兩個班有九十七名學生，他們基本都來自農民家庭，大部分學生的 英語學習 基礎較薄弱，這給教育教學工作帶來了一定 的難度，特別是(2)班，學生的基礎不緊湊，最好的在(2)班，最差的也在(2)班。而且差學生的數量比較多，出現了斷層現象。讓人無法下手進行有效的教 學。
針對這樣的現狀，我採取了我認為比較有效的 措施 ，根據學生的基礎，我把學生分成A、B、C三個小組，每天安排不同層次的任務，布置不 同層次的作業，讓每個學生都獲得不同的進步。絕大多數農村學生上初中前英語只認識26個英文字母，本書龐大的詞彙量讓學生感到無所適從。對於音標的掌握更 是十分艱難。所以在課堂上經常出現這樣的情況，我要花一節課左右的時間來教學生學音標，讀單詞，往往效果還不理想。而等到下節課來進行操練的時候，學生仍 然會在生詞處卡殼。在課堂上我努力幫助那些基礎較差的學生，讓他們回答一些簡單的問題，做一些簡單的對話，有的同學就比以前顯得有信心了，到後來這些同學 都能主動舉手回答問題了。這是讓人感到欣喜的一個成果。只要他們自己加把勁，我想對他們來說會提高的快的多。與此同時，我還不忘提高好學生，把原來的好學 生想辦法再提高。讓學的較輕松的同學試著回答較難的問題，盡管有時候設計的題目有些難度，但經過引導，他們還是能做的出來，這一點也是可喜的。另外，我還 要求學生背誦當天學過的內容，每一個單詞，每一個對話，每一篇短文，來培養他們 學習英語 的語感，我認為這對於語言學習者來說是至關重要的。
本 冊書共10個單元，教材內容太多，時間不夠.那麼按規定的每周5課時算，共計90課時供八年級第一學期使用，除去國家法定假日和平時的階段考評和試卷、配 套練習的評講，滿打滿算也完成不了教學任務。鑒於這一種情況，也為了學生更牢固地打好基礎，我只能加班加點地「開小灶」，利用早讀課、晚自習時間，補充習 題，強化訓練。我精疲力竭，但往往還是事倍功半。
新教材要求我們要面向全體學生，為學生全面發展和終生發展奠定基礎。我的理解是「全體學 生」是量。「全面發展」是質。質和量要一起抓，一個不能少。所以在教學過程中，我的關鍵是讓學生「學會學習」。由學生對教師的依賴逐漸變成獨立學習。同時 比以往的教學我們還更應關注學生學習的情感，為學生營造寬松、民主、和諧的學習氛圍。在教學過程中以寬松的態度對待學生學習過程中的錯誤，和學生進行平等 的交流。不用訓斥性、譏諷性語言，尤其對學習有困難的學生不使用侮辱性的語言，多用鼓勵性話語，多給他們語言實踐的機會，少用命令式的語言，多用建議性語 言。
在英語教學實踐的道路中，我不斷探索，學習和研究，雖然很苦、很累，但同時我看到了學生們在一天天的進步，英語表達一天比一天好，我深深地感到了一種自豪和幸福，我願意永遠做一名英語教學孜孜不倦的實踐者，永遠體味著教學的快樂。

二、創造寬松、和諧的氣氛
在教學過程中,注重與學生溝通,讓學生消除對英語學習的恐懼感,只有對英語感興趣，才能保持英語學習的動力並取得好成績.刻板的學習，不僅會影響英語學習的效果,適得其反讓他們厭惡學習英語.因此創造寬松、和諧的學習氛圍有利於英語學習.
1、尊重每個學生，積極鼓勵他們大膽的嘗試.
要培養學生的創造個性，僅停留在創設教學情境上是不夠的。教師首先要具有創新的精神，注重創設寬松、和諧的教學氛圍，尊重學生個體，注重抓住一切時機激發學生創新的慾望,注意對學生的學習行為和學習結果、反應等做出客觀、公正、熱情、誠懇的評價……

學習語言就是要開口多說,多記, 多背,只要功夫到家了,學習英語的困難就迎刃而解了.英語瑣碎的知識點太多,每天都有新的知識點增加,這就需要學生多記,多背.這往往是學生最頭疼的一件事.現在才初一,主要是以單詞為主,如果連單詞都記不住,更何況句型聽力.因此談談自己記憶單詞,句型的方法,僅供參考.
1、根據發音脫口而出單詞,多朗讀,重復多次,背會的東西容易忘,應隔三插五的再鞏固.
2、背誦一個小對話,背會了用自己的話把它復述出來,這樣增加學習英語的自信心.
3. 把記不住的單詞寫在小紙片上,隨時都可以拿出來看看,長期堅持,一定有成效.
對學生進行有效的評價。
評價可以使學生認識自我，樹立自信，有助於反思及調整自己的學習.對學生回答問題過程中的表現及改進的成績，給予口頭評價、書面評價並鼓勵他們大膽的去說.學生考完試後,讓學生自我反思，分析自己的成績和不足，明確今後努力的方向,爭取下次不再犯同樣的問題.讓學生相互之間相互評價,找出優缺點,互相促進學習.
