『肆』 英語四級怎麼報名
（一）報名起止時間
2011年下半年全國英語等級考試河北省網上報名時間為6月日至6月15日8:00-22:00。
（二）報名方式
自2011年下半年全國英語等級考試，我省開始實施網上報名，考生需登陸網址：http://www.hebeea.e.cn（河北省教育考試院網站），進入全國英語等級考試河北省網上報名與支付系統。按照網上報名要求逐一填寫，可以完成報名、照片上傳、交費等事宜。
（三）報名步驟
1.閱讀並同意用戶協議；2.選擇所在地市；3.選擇報考的考點；4.輸入姓名、身份證號、報考等級及語言類別等信息；5.上傳照片；6.進行網上支付；7.報名結束。
（四）報名費用
一級B、一級、二級筆試60元、口試30元，筆試、口試兼報90元；三級、四級筆試85元、口試45元，筆試、口試兼報130元。
（五）電子照片要求
考生在網上報名過程中需上傳本人照片，具體要求為：背景為淺藍色底，近期免冠彩色照片。成像區上部空1/10，頭部佔7/10，肩部佔1/5，左右各空1/10；照片大小320*240（高*寬，單位：像素）；照片格式只能存貯為JPG格式，大小不得超過20K。
（六）費用支付方式
報名過程最後為網上支付報名費用環節，考生點擊「確認信息，我要在線支付」即可鏈接到費用支付頁面，進行網上支付。請考生提前做好准備工作：第一，選擇到相關銀行（見附件二）辦理一張銀行卡並開通網上支付功能；第二，存入報考費，存入金額一定要大於報考費。
（七）注意事項
1. 考生可兼報筆試、口試，也可只報筆試或口試其中一項，但一次只能報考一個等級。
2.考生姓名中不能出現空格，如果姓名中的漢字在計算機中確實沒有的，要用「#」代替。
3.考生必須如實填寫18位或15位的身份證號。
4.保留單項合格成績的考生：需按報名系統的要求，提供上次參加考試所在省的省代碼和准考證號碼，否則無效且視為自動放棄保留成績。
5.考生按所報考考點規定的時間和地點領取准考證並簽署考生誠信承諾書。考生參加考試時，憑本人身份證和准考證入場；無身份證考生，需提供軍人身份證或戶籍所在地派出所開據的標准試樣的帶照片的戶籍證明。
6.考生在報考過程中未能一次性完成報名的，系統將會保留個人已填報的信息直至報名結束，二次登陸時，進入報名系統後點擊「查詢報名信息」，並按照提示依次選擇報考地市、報考考點且輸入姓名和身份證號碼即可再次登陸到考生本人的報名頁面，繼續填報，完成報名。
7.考生應特別注意：一旦在線支付費用成功，報名即為有效，所有信息均不允許修改。
8.考生如果在報名截止時未能完成網上報名與支付，將視為考生自動放棄報名，系統將自動刪除報名考生所有個人信息。

英語四級查詢成績，具體步驟如下：

1、考試必備物品：准考證、身份證(學生證)、2B鉛筆(2支以上，筆要削得平一些)、橡皮、碳素筆(兩支以上)、能聽廣播的隨聲聽(檢查電力是否充足，最好再多備兩節電池，帶MP3功能的不要帶)、手錶(手機不允許帶入考場)、小刀(開試題冊)、直尺(備用)以上這些東西考前晚上准備好，和鑰匙放一起吧!
2、關心天氣冷暖：是否會降溫？帶些紙巾以備不時之需(打噴涕時)。

考中：
1、開考前去一次洗手間，不要再喝過多的水。
2、進入考場，醒自己作到「四心」 一是保持「靜心」，二是增強「信心」，三是做題「專心」，四是考試「細心」。如果自己還是覺得很緊張，捏緊你的拳頭，再放鬆，找到那種感覺。
3、發答題卡，仔細填好個人資料，姓名、准考證號、A卷或B卷這三點要反復核查是否填寫正確。
4、考試中塗卡，仔細看好題號，邊做題邊塗卡，做完一部分，再核對一下題號是否正確，如果不對，也只需要改一部分，改答案時，一定要用橡皮擦乾凈，並且注意有沒有擦到其他題目，塗的時候深淺適中，不用太用力去塗。

3-1-1. 基本原因 --- 分析某事物時, 用此句型說明其基本的或者多方面的原因.

比較對照句型
3-2-1. 兩者比較 ---> 比較兩事物, 要說出其一超過另一個, 或肯定一事物的優點, 也肯定其缺點的時候用 !

[2]. Indeed, A carries much weight when compared with B.

2-1 結論性--------- 通過對文章前面的討論 ,引出或重申文章的中心思想及觀點 .

2-2 後果性------ 揭示所討論的問題若不解決, 將產生的嚴重後果.

[2]. Obviously , if we ignore/are blind to the problem , there is every chance that .. will be put in danger.
2-3 號召性 -------- 呼籲讀者行動起來, 採取行動或提請注意.
e.g:
[1]. It is time that we urged an immediate end to the undesirable tendency of ......
[2]. It is essential that effective measures should be taken to correct the tendency.
2-4 建議性 -------- 對所討論的問題提出建議性的意見, 包括建議和具體的解決問題的方法.
e.g:
[1]. While it cannot be solved immediately, still there are ways. The most popular is .... Another method is ... Still another one is .....
[2]. Awareness/Recognition of the problem is the first step toward the situation.
2-5 方向性的結尾方式 ---- 其與建議性的唯一差別就是對問題解決提出總的, 大體的方向或者指明前景.
