They don』t believe in the ads, they believe that lose weight not properly will hurt the body, so they pay special attention to the health.

Loosing weight is hard work, even dangerous thing, if we are so blind to loose weight, we will lose our life. Young people should take care to the healthy way.

單詞、短語的運用
較難的單詞替代簡單的單詞。在單詞方面上，建議在考試前兩三個月背好四級詞彙，四級詞彙不僅能讓我們容易地看懂題目，也能幫助我們在寫作時替換掉簡單的單詞。

開頭段
好的文章開頭能引起讀者的閱讀興趣，文章開頭應結合主題內容引出後文，爭取主題簡明扼要，突出主旨，確定寫作目標，激發情感共鳴。
