There is a saying that goes something along the lines of ‘You must love yourself first before you can love someone else.’ Similarly, I personally believe that you must be comfortable and happy in your own company before you can truly be yourself in the company of others. There is a massive difference between being lonely and being alone. Loneliness is a horrible feeling. However, you don’t have to actually be alone to feel that way. Many times, I’ve felt lonely when surrounded by a big group of people. In contrast, being alone can actually be a blessing, particularly, when you’ve actively chosen it. In my experience, being bored and alone is dangerous and can easily lead to the feeling of loneliness. The trick is to be active. Get outside, stretch your legs, do something cultural, buy yourself something tasty to eat or something pretty to wear. You don’t have to take anyone else into consideration and can do whatever you please. Spending time alone also allows you to more efficiently take care of problems. And then, when it’s time to be social and meet up with your friends, you will be fully there, because you won’t have too much other stuff floating around in your mind. Having been alone for a bit, you will also appreciate your friends’ company more and chances are your time spent together will be more worthwhile.

現今的英語學習譏構是很多.好.呀 所以記得選擇的時候要很慎重!我之前去學的時候特地比較好幾家 最後我去了ABC天卞英語中心 我大學的時候去過那裡學習 而且這個學習起來很方便 不用你跑來跑去學習，可以通過一些新穎的學習模式來增加自己對英語學習的興趣 最好是做真題試卷，推薦王長喜的。記住多做不能代表什麼，最重要的是知道自己錯在哪裡，要反復復習練習，做完之後一定要看看參考答案，自己錯在什麼地方，為什麼錯了。學習方法：聽力部分第一部分有八道選擇題（短句），是這樣的，但凡是在做這些題目的時候你聽到什麼就不選什麼，用排除法。答案中有兩個意思相反的，必定其中一個是答案。 第二部分（長句部分）在語音人員讀題目的時候，你快速的看下答案，畫出關鍵詞，當你在聽的時候反復出現的單詞或者短語肯定就是答案，同時你順著聽力看答案，聽到什麼就選什麼，這個是和上面的（短句對話相反的），一般在轉折處例如：however\but\because這些轉折詞後面的內容一定要仔細聽（短句對話也是一樣）往往這後面的就是答案。單詞聽寫部分前面個是寫單詞，這是看平時的單詞量積累，而往往拿分的部分是後面這句長句，雖然語音人員讀得很快，你聽第一遍的時候抓住關鍵詞做記號，聽第二遍試著組詞，第三遍你可以通過做的筆記的詞語猜一猜這句話應該是要填些什麼，記住不用跟語音里讀的詞語一樣，只要是意思相近就行，用自己的話概括，也可以得分的。一般在這里一個句子可分為兩部分：前面半句分後面半句分，所以聽的時候要集中注意力。這部分才是得分的地方，前面的單詞部分只有基礎在加上自己猜了。單詞在閱讀中是必不可少的，盡量做這十年來的英語四級卷子，不要盲目的去看詞典，最好是把卷子上的每一個單詞通過查字典都弄清楚是什麼意思，這樣學習會有效率些，而且久而久之，你會發現卷子上有許多單詞你都見過都是一樣的，都反復出現過，久了你自然一看就知道是什麼意思了。快速閱讀部分選填，每一段對應相應的答案，只要按順序來找。基本上題目中的答案都會原文重現，後面個填空題一般變化為：同意轉換，或者是在單詞後面+S+ed+ing。先看問題再在短文里找答案，按段落順序來，前面個選擇題很容易一一找到，後面個填空題，有的時候會出現同義轉換，需要自己變一下。一般出題者喜歡把答案設在每段第一句和最後一句，一般轉折處像howerverbutbecause後面的短句或詞語要注意，一般答案就在此處。切記每次做完題目都要把參考答案拿出來研究一下自己錯在哪裡，為什麼會錯，還有就是總結一下出題者的出題方向，相信反復練習反復總結你會找到做題的方法的。推薦做王長喜的歷年真題試卷。閱讀理解部分同上基本上都是每題的答案對應每個段落，段落開頭與結尾作為重點對象。一般答案就在這兩塊。完形填空的話是一種語感，做多了就知道其中的聯系了，你可以做完之後拿答案出來研究一下，大相徑庭。作文部分，開頭與結尾一定要寫的精彩，這部分可以專門練一下，背一些好的句子。一般改卷老師對中間部分大致掃一遍，所以開頭與結尾很重要。在寫作文的時候盡量用高級詞彙，不要用低級詞彙，還有盡量用短語代替單詞，這樣字數就提高了。另外你用我的方法回去聯系一下，你做完了卷子之後，在把答案拿出來對照，經常進行這樣的訓練，久而久之你就會發現出卷老師會在哪些地方出題了，真的，做完之後不要只管對答案就了事了，要分析答案，要用紅筆在卷子上做記號（記下這題錯在什麼地方了）下次復習的時候一目瞭然，就這樣一張一張的試卷做下去，反復的拿著答案對著卷子復習，平時也要積累單詞。我背單詞都是在紙上寫上十幾遍，然後拿著單詞表默練一遍，把不會寫的單詞挑出來，再背，再在紙上寫幾遍，然後再把單詞表默練一遍，既鞏固了前面會的單詞，有聯系了不會的單詞，最後如果還是有那麼幾個單詞不會，就要跳出來重點練習一下。當然也不用一天的時間就用來背單詞了。基本上抽出一個小時背0個單詞，第二天再繼續，先全部默練一遍，看看昨天覺得不會的那些單詞有沒有都會了，如果不會，在強調背和寫，再接著背下面的0個單詞，這個背單詞的個數依據你自己每天的復習計劃來定。就是每天都完成每天的任務，第二天再把前一天的溫故一遍，就這樣最後到周末的時候抽出兩小時，把這一星期的背所有的單詞都先模練一遍，不會的在加強鞏固，只要肯堅持肯努力，沒什麼是不可能 沒有做不到的事，只要你肯努力，英語四級一定會過，加油，希望你這次英語四級考試取得好的成績。
