說課是近幾年興起的一種教學研究和教師教學基本功訓練的活動形式，是教學研究改革的產物，是素質教育下提高教師隊伍整體素質的有效途徑。所謂說課，是指在某一特定的場合，教師較為系統地講述某一教學內容的課堂教學設計及其設計的理論依據。說課分詳細說課和概略說課。本文擬從英語學科特點出發，就英語詳細說課講稿的要素、撰寫方法和注意事項以及說課對英語教師素質提出的更高要求幾個方面做些理論探討。
一、英語說課講稿的要素及撰寫方法
與其他學科一樣，英語說課講稿也包括五個要素：說教材、說教法、說學法、說教學程序、說板書設計。
（一）說教材
說教材要對教材所在的知識系統做簡要分析，通過分析某課教學內容在整個教材體系中的作用，以及本課教學內容與學生先前掌握的知識和將要學習的知識的聯系，說明教材的地位和作用；通過對課程標准關於教學的具體要求的概括分析，說明本課教學目標的確立及其依據；通過對英漢兩種語言差異和學生的知識水平的簡要分析，確定並說明重點、難點和關鍵點的確立及其依據。
1.說教材的地位和作用。
說教材的地位和作用，應簡要分析本課內容在單元整體教學中和整個教材體系中甚至在素質教育英語教學中的重要地位。例如，在分析SEFC Bl L37的教材地位和作用時可做如下表述。
SEFC Bl L37是對話課，對話課是單元整體教學的重要環節。作為單元的第一課，對話課的作用首先是為第二、三課提供話題和語境。由於整個單元都是圍繞一個話題操練特定的功能項目，對話課又具有為二、三課的學習掃清語言和文化障礙的作用。
本課對話內容緊緊圍繞體育運動話題展開，談論運動項目必定使人聯想到奧運會、奧運歷史、奧運精神等，這就為下一課閱讀教學提供了話題和語境。本課操練的功能項目是表達個人喜好的句型"prefer...tO"，學習並熟練掌握該句型有助於學生能就"prefer A to B」表達自己對運動項目的愛好及愛好程度。
從素質教育的要求和學習語言的目的看，高中英語教學重視培養學生運用英語進行交際的能力。根據英語課程標準的要求，對話課應側重培養學生的口語表達能力，體現英語教學的交際性、得體性、准確性和實踐性。因此，本節對話課教學應著重培養學生熟練運用所學功能用語談論體育話題的能力，為進一步自由談論奧運歷史打下基礎。
2.說教學目標的確立及其依據。
教學目標的確立首先要根據單元教學的目的和要求（對語音、詞彙、日常交際用語、語法等方面的不同程度的要求），結合學生的實際水平，確定貫穿單元教學的總目標（goal）。總目標可以是相當概括的，如SEFC Bl L37的總體教學目標可定為「了解奧運會歷史，學習表達個人愛好的交際用語"。由於中學英語教材的編寫都有單元話題，因此，總目標往往以單元教學目標的形式出現，一節課的教學目標（objective）則應落實到與本課教學內容相關的具體語言知識或某項技能上，即：通過本節課的教學，重點解決什麼問題（知識和能力），達到什麼樣的要求。為了貫徹「寓思想教育於語言教學之中"的教學原則，教師還要深入挖掘教材的德育因素，從而確定德育（情感情意）目標。
教學目標的表述要准確、具體、簡潔、全面，要明確寫出本節課的知識目標、能力目標和德育目標，即說明通過一定的教學活動後，學生的知識、能力或情感的變化，並說明做如此要求的理論依據何在。教學目標的表述應有利於教師在教學時對教學目標的把握與評定，要將一般性的目標具體化為可觀測的行為目標，要說明學生在教學後能學會什麼，達到什麼水平，即說明教師預期學生行為改變的結果，充分發揮教學目標的導向作用。
一般來說，規范、明確的教學目標的表述包括四大要素，即行為主體、行為、條件及表現水平或標准。例如，SEFC Bl L37的教學目標可表述如下。
（1）知識目標
1) 語言知識目標：掌握並熟練運用本課中規定的四會、三會詞語及日常交際用語（略）。
2) 文化知識目標：復習和學習體育運動項目（略），通過談論體育愛好，幫助學生聯想起奧運會，為閱讀課教學做鋪墊。
（2）能力目標
1) 語言能力目標：圍繞運動及運動項目話題，使學生能夠熟練使用prefer A to B表達個人喜好。

（3）德育目標：通過購物的學習和問答，使學生注意和學習在交際中的禮貌行為（寓思想教育於語言教學之中）。
3.說重點、難點和關鍵點的確立及其依據。
說課稿要寫出該課的重點、難點和關鍵點分別是什麼，並寫出確立該重點、難點和關鍵點的理論依據，即在列舉該課重點、難點和關鍵點的同時，說明為什麼該重點是本課教學的最主要部分或最重要內容，為什麼該難點在本課教學中是學生最難理解和最容易出現錯誤的部分（有時重點和難點相同），為什麼該關鍵點對本課教學的成敗起決定性的作用。例如，JEFC B3 L2l說重點、難點、關鍵點及其依據可表述如下。
JEFC B3 L21的重點和難點均是「現在完成時的基本結構和用法』』。現在完成時態是課程標准要求學生掌握的重要時態之一，本課是該項語法教學的第一課，要對學生進行正確的語言輸入，為以後的教學打下堅實的基礎。由於英漢兩種語言對"完成"和「過去"概念定義的差異，學生往往對現在完成時、一般過去時的含義和用法產生混淆，動詞的過去式和過去分詞的使用也容易出現錯誤，因此，「現在完成時的基本結構和用法"既是本課教學的重點，又是本課教學的難點。現在完成時的動作發生
在過去，強調現在的狀態或對現在造成的影響，它與一般現在時、現在進行時和一般過去時既有聯系又有區別。因此，正確理解現在完成時的概念是掌握其用法的關鍵，對本課教學的成敗起著決定性作用。
（二）說教法
說教法至少要說明選擇使用何種教學方法，以哪種教學方法為主，哪幾種方法為輔，採用什麼教學手段實現教學目標，採用這些教學方法和手段的理論依據是什麼，並說明這些教學方法在本課教學中的具體操作方法。說教法時最好能說明在本課教學過程中貫徹什麼教學原則，採用什麼教學模式，並做出必要的解釋和說明。如果巳形成了獨特的教學思想和教學特色，最好單獨列出。例如，SEFC Bl L37的說教法可表述如下。
教法的選擇是課堂教學成敗的關鍵。對話課重在培養學生的口語表達能力。因此選擇使用交際教學法在具體教學中以情景教學為主，活動教學為輔，充分利用直觀教具和電化教學手段創設情景，利用圖片、投影儀、錄音機等輔助設備，培養學生直接用英語理解、表達和思維的能力。在具體教學過程中貫徹交際教學原則，採用3P教學模式，組織各種課堂活動，如表演猜謎、演講（Iprefer A to B because...）、討
論（Which sport do Chinese people prefer?）等，培養和強化學生的語言實踐能力和自主學習能力。
（三）說學法及學法指導
說學法，要結合課堂教學內容，說出在本課教學過程中，指導學生學習使用或學會使用什麼學習方法，如五官並用、強化記憶、比較歸納、分析概括規律、循環記憶、分類記憶、聯想記憶、發現學習、心口一致等等。要說明結合本課教學培養學生哪種學習能力，如觀察力、記憶力、想像力、注意力、創造力、思維能力、反應能力、自學能力等。
說學法可以與說教法結合。教學過程是教與學對立統一的發展過程，學生怎麼學教師就應該怎麼教，教師怎麼教就應該指導學生怎麼學。因此，說學法可以在說明如何巧妙地組織課堂教學的同時，說明如何指導學生運用有效的學習策略提高學習效率，即說明在具體的教學環節中；針對某一教學活動學生應該採用的學習方法，以及學生處於學習困境時，教師為解決學生的學習困難應採取的對策。
總之，教師要重視學法指導，要結合教材的具體內容和學生的實際水平，研究如何發揮學生在課堂教學中的主體作用，如何根據各層次學生的學習規律，合理調動各個層次學生的學習積極性和主動性，把學習方法傳授給學生，從而提高學生的整體學習水平。
（四）說教學程序
說教學程序，要簡要說出該課的各個教學步驟的具體教學環節名稱及相關教學內容、步驟、教學活動組織和安排；即在哪個教學環節教哪個（些）知識點，提出哪些問題，做哪些練習（教什麼），組織哪些課堂教學活動，採用什麼教學方法（怎麼教）等等。在敘述教學程序時，要按照教學步驟說清各個教學環節的具體活動，包括講授的知識內容、練習、小結、反饋、矯正及作業布置等安排。要說明如何通過教學
突出重點，突破難點，抓好關鍵。說教學程序要求既有具體步驟的安排，又要有針對性的教法理論闡述。例如，SEFC Bl L37的教學程序可表述如下。
本節課採用3P教學模式。
第一步：呈現（Presentation）
通過復習導入新課，為新課學習做好心理准備和知識准備。例如，通過提問Which sportdo you Iike? 復習體育運動的名稱（略）；通過復習句型Which sport do you like better，skatingor skiing?組織學生進行問答練習；通過替換練習
與呈現句型profe...tO；結合課文插圖和教學掛圖，用直觀教學手段呈現生詞（略），進行句型的替換練習。該句型熟練後提出如下兩個問題；Which sport does A prefer? What about B?組織學生聽對話錄音，呈現對話內容。
第二步：練習（Practice）
3P教學模式重視語言實踐能力的訓練。為了幫助學生熟練運用本課的功能用語，設計如下練習。
練習一：聽力訓練。把呈現對話與聽力訓練結合起來，聽後通過簡單問答理解對話
大意。
練習二；朗讀與理解。通過朗讀，訓練學生的語音、語凋，進一步感知對話內容。通過問答練習，加深學生對對話內容的理解，強化學生口語表達能力。
練習三；語法、句型的單項訓練。講解、操練句型，為復用、活用語言掃除障礙。
練習四：表演猜謎。結合Part II的教學內容，組織學生聽音模仿，表演猜謎。
練習五：熟練對話，角色表演，復用本課功能用語，為活用語言打基礎。
第三步：表達（Proction）
組織情景會話，進行交際性練習，鞏固所學知識。讓學生自己上台演講，提高學生綜合運用所學語言自由表達思想的能力。
（五）說極書設計
說板書設計要求語言精練，說明板書的整體布局即可。例如，SEFC Bl L37的板書設計可表述如下。
左側列出體育運動名稱（復習階段的詞彙）。右側列出重點句型，如表一所示。說板書時，說課人不必寫出板書的所有內容，只需在黑板上圈出大致范圍即可，如表二所示。

二、撰寫英語說課講稿的注意事項
說課有別於講課。講課的對象是學生，側重講授知識、培養能力、教書育人，是系統的教育教學活動；而說課的對象是教師、教研員、評委，側重表述如何講授知識、培養能力、教書育人，是系統的教育教學研究活動。說課是教學與教研的結晶，是教學理論和教學實踐結合的產物。說課講稿的撰寫要注意以下幾點。
（一）突出理論性
說課講稿有別於教案或教案提要，它比教案更具有理論性。寫說課講稿也不同於寫教案，教案多是具體教學過程，而說課稿則側重於有針對性的理論指導的闡述；教案只說"怎麼教"，而說課講稿則要重點說清「為什麼這么教"。因此，寫說課講稿要注重理論依據的闡述，尤其是說教材、說教法、說學法及學法指導時，一定要說明其理論依據。
（二）簡明扼要
說課稿有別於教學論文，它比教學論文更具實踐性，因此。說課稿的撰寫要用詞精當，切忌長篇大論、面面俱到或泛泛而談。說課各個要素及其理論依據必須要有直接的內在聯系，在語言表達方面要言簡意賅。另外，表述具體的教學目標時，要盡量避免使用抽象、籠統、缺乏可操作性和可監測性的一般性用語，如知識目標一Student will learn about the present perfect tense；能力目標一Improve the students』 abilities of listening，speaking, reading and writing。這樣的教學目標只是泛泛而談，沒有說明要求學生做到的是什麼，教師在教學過程中也無法有效操作，聽課者更難確定教學目標是否達成。
（三）不拘一格
由於教學內容不同，教學對象（學生）不同，課型不同，教師的教學經驗以及對教材的理解和處理不同，說課稿的撰寫也不應拘泥於單一的、固定的模式。只要教師能夠准確把握說課的要素和要點，透徹分析教學設計的理論依據，採用綜合論述（說課的各個要素不逐項列出）或分塊論述（說課鈉各個要素逐條列出），都能達到說課教研的最終目的。
（四）突出英語學科特點，但要量力而行
原則上講，英語說課講稿最好用英語寫。但是用英語寫說課講稿對教師的英語寫作能力提出了更高的要求，因此，在有些教師還沒有掌握說課方法或沒有能力准確翻譯某些教學理論時，最好慎重用英語寫說課講稿。筆者認為，現階段英語說課講稿用英語撰寫或用漢語撰寫均可。因為，說課是陳述教學方案設計及其理論依據，而不是具體實施課堂教學方案。英語說課的目的主要是進行英語教學研究，提高教師的教研水平，而不側重於提高教師的英語口語表達能力。
三、說課對英語教師提出更高要求
說課能較為全面地考查教師的專業水平和教育理論水平、駕馭教材和實施教學的能力。至於語言、板書、教態等教師職業素質，在說課過程中更容易觀察和評價。實施素質教育要求教師由"經驗型"向「研究型"轉變，說課對督促英語教師提高自身素質起了很大的促進作用。筆者認為。說課對英語教師提高自身素質提出了以下要求。
（一）深入學習教育學、心理學、英語學科教學論教育科學理論
英語教師要用科學的教育教學理論武裝自己。只有掌握了現代英語學科教育理論知識和教學研究方法，才能與時俱進，以現代科學理論指導英語教學實踐。
（二）熟悉中小學英語課程標准和教材
英語教師只有熟悉英語課程標准和教材，才能科學地熟練地駕馭教材，准確地把握重點、難點、關鍵點，確定明確的教學目標，並通過科學的教學方法實現課堂教學目標。
（三）掌握先進的教育教學技術
英語教師應學習掌握先進的教育教學技術，應根據教學內容恰當地選擇教學方法和教學手段，科學地進行課堂教學設計，靈活地運用先進的教育教學技術，提高課堂教學效率。
（四）樹立正確的素質教育觀
英語教師應樹立正確的素質教育觀，應面向全體學生實施素質教育，充分發揮學生的主體作用，尊重學生的個性發展，遵循學生的身心發展規律，使每個學生都能在教師的指導下主動地、生動活潑地學習。
綜上所述，說課有利於教師認真備課。深入鑽研教材，研究教法、學法，學習教育教學理論，提高教學能力和教研能力，是大面積提高教師素質、促進教學質量全面提高的新途徑，英語教師應不斷地探索英語課堂教學的新思路和新方法，學習英語學科教育教學的最新理論並應用於教學實踐，努力實現教學過程教研化，同步提高教學水平和教研水平；提高教書育人水平。

If I can achieve this 「future」, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.
How to say future? Maybe it』s a nice wish. Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.
從幾年前北京著手申辦2008年北京奧運會開始，2008年北京奧運會這個話題就一直備受關注。目前關注的焦點已從申辦之初許下的諾言轉移到如何真正履行諾言。在我看來，要跨越諾言與現實之間的鴻溝，北京還有很長一段路要走。
The 2008 Olympic Game has been the most discussed and anticipated event through out Beijing ever since Beijing bid for it years ago. Yet the focus has shifted from making a promise to making good a promise after Beijing』s successful bid. In my opinion, to bridge the gap between a promise and reality, Beijing still has a long way to go. Here are some of my ideas on how to fill that gap.

首先，在所有亟待解決的問題中，跨越英語口語這一難關至關重要。學會一門語言的關鍵在於堅持不懈。我們到能不能做到讓大多數國人在2008年到來之前都學會說英語？這一問題需要我們不斷努力和嘗試。
First, the speaking of English is far most important than all other difficulties. Learning a language takes a long time and a lot of heart ship, it』s not easy. So can we get most of Chinese to speak English before 2008? It needs us to try and practice very hard.

其次，交通擁擠一直是困擾北京的老大難問題。一輛接一輛車連在一起構成的汽車長龍加之它們不斷排放到空氣中的黑煙這種情景早就給我們留下了深刻的印象。我相信沒有一個國人願意把北京的這一面暴露給來自世界各地的參賽隊員和新聞記者，因為它會嚴重損壞北京的形象和聲譽。所以，我們必須致力於建設綠色奧運這一目標。
Second, traffic jams have been an age-old headache in Beijing, the scenes of long queues of vehicles worming their way inch by inch while discharging dark fumes into the air had given all of us a really bad impression, and I know that none of us wish to show off that side of Beijing to athletes and journalists over the world, it would blemish the city』s image and leave a bad reputation. So we have to work real hard on Green Olympics.

還有，為了各項工作的順利實施，一個高瞻遠矚的整體城市規劃必不可少。如果時間允許，重新設計和調整北京的建築風格會為構建北京的城市特色創造環境。把東方的精緻和西方的宏偉結合在一起一定會在眾多建築風格中獨樹一幟。要做到以上幾點，北京應該聽取得來自一流建築師的建議並作出整體規劃。
Thirdly, to add enchantment to convenience, an over-all city planning is indispensable. If time permits, a redesign of city layout and adjustment of architectural style would provide a better environment for fostering the characteristics, blending oriental elegance with international grandeur, will tower a lot among surrounding architectures. To achieve such effects, Beijing shall solicit opinions from first-rate architects and make an overall plan.

盡管如此，要實現全世界對北京的期盼，北京還有許許多多工作要做。但我們有信心在2008年到來之前把北京建設成為一個全新的城市。巨大的變化每天都在這個城市發生，相信在不遠的將來，北京將會成為全世界關注的焦點。世界相信北京，這也是北京申奧成功的原因。我們一定會抓住這次機遇並為之全力以赴。今天，我們還沒有做好准備，但在2008年到來之前我們一定會准備好！
Even though, Beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level that the world expects, but we have the confidence to make Beijing a brand new city by the year 2008. Huge changes are taking places, and not far in the future, Beijing will be the focus of all worlds』 attention. The world trusts Beijing and that』s why Beijing won the bid. We will grasp this opportunity and do our best. We are not yet ready but we will be by the year 2008.

My favorite book is <Heart> (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten monthly stories told by his teacher ring the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word love. From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?
My favorite book is <Little princess>. Have you read it before?
Oh, I haven』t read this book before. What is it about?
Well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. The story is happy ending.
Can you tell us why you love this book so much?
Sure. It is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. I am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princess in the story. I have decided to learn from her from now on.
Oh I see, the story sounds very good. I cannot wait to read this book as well.

I am me.
In the entire world, there is no one else exactly like me.
There are people who have some parts like me but no one adds up exactly like me.
Therefore, everything that comes out of me is authentically mine because I alone choose it.

my mind, including all my thoughts and ideas;
my eyes, including the images of all they be-hold;

When I review later how I looked and sounded,
what I said and did, and how I thought and felt,
some parts may turn out to be unfitting.
I can discard that which is unfitting and keep that which proved fitting,
and invent something new for that which I discarded.
I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be proctive,
to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.
I own me and therefore I can engineer me.
I am me and I am okay.
