寫作技巧

① 一定要分段。同樣字數,同樣篇幅和同樣的內容的英語作文。分段寫和不分段寫至少相差3-6分。沒有分段的作文,閱卷老師會覺得你沒有邏輯,印象分就開始扣了。

③ 英文寫信的正規格式

英語書信結構一般有以下幾個部分組成:

1、信頭

即寫發信人的地址和日期(右上角)。

2、信內姓名地址

即寫收信人的姓名和地址(左上角)。

3、 稱呼

即寫對收信人的尊稱一般用:Dear Mr. … ;Dear Madam Helen; Dear Miss…; Dear John;Dear Professor Smith;等等。稱呼直接寫在收信人地址的正下方,中間空一至二行。稱呼後面的標點一般只能用逗號。以上信頭、信內姓名和地址三部分的結構如下:

位置在下面稱呼語隔一行,是信的核心部分。因此要求正文層次分明、簡單易懂。和中文信不同的是,正文中一般不用Hello!(你好!)正文有縮進式和齊頭式兩種。每段書信第一行的第一個字母稍微向右縮進些,通常以五個字母為宜,每段第二行從左面頂格寫起,這就是縮進式。但美國人寫信各段落往往不用縮進式,用齊頭式,即每一行都從左面頂格寫起。商務信件大都採用齊頭式的寫法。

5、結束語

在正文下面的一、二行處,從信紙的中間偏右處開始,第一個詞開頭要大寫,句末用逗號。不同的對象,結束語的寫法也不同。

英語寫信怎麼寫

1、信頭:指發信人的地址和日期。寫在信紙的右上角,可以從靠近信紙的中央寫起。信頭上面要留空白。先寫發信人地址。地址的寫法與漢語不同,要先寫小地方,後寫大地方。在地址的下面寫上日期。日期的順序是:月、日、年,或者:日、月、年。在年份之前有一個逗號。

2、稱呼:指對收信人的稱呼。寫在信頭之下,從信紙的左邊開始。

1、信頭 The heading

2、編號(寫信人的名字縮寫)和日期 The sender name and the date

這部分內容是為了方便今後查詢信件用的。

3、封內地址 The inside address

這里就是指收信人的姓名和地址,一般寫在信箋的左上方。收信人名稱地址的格式和信頭的格式相同,但必須把收信人的姓名一並寫出。另外,如果不是完全公事化的書信往來,或者

已經從公事的關系漸漸發展成為帶有私人性質的友好信件往來,由於稱呼這一欄的內容已經說明了收信人的身份,所以可以不必填寫封內地址。

4、事由 The subject heading

事由也就是我們通常說的主題,可以直接寫明信件的重點,讓人不必讀完全信才了解到信的內容。所以事由要寫得簡明扼要。

5、稱呼 The salutation

指對收信人的一種稱呼。

較常使用的有Dear Sirs, Dear Madam, Dear Mr. XX,。稱呼後面的標點,一般使用逗號。稱呼里的第一個字母要大寫。

6、開頭語 The open sentences

開頭語沒有統一的格式,但習慣上先用客套的語句把收到對方來信的日期,主題及簡單內容加以綜合敘述,使對方一目瞭然這是答復哪一封去信的。如果是第一次通信,也可以利用開頭語作必要的自我介紹,並表明目的要求。開頭語一般與正文分開,自成一節,要求簡單明了。

7、正文 The body of the letter

信的主體。一封信件的優劣,完全要看正文寫的好或壞。我們會在後面繼續討論寫作商務信函的一些技巧、規則。

8、結尾語 The complimentary close

結尾語一般用來總結文本所談的事項,提示對收信人的要求,如“希望來信來函定貨”,“答復詢問”等,另外也附加一些略帶客套的語氣。正文結束後,另起一段寫結尾語。

9、結束語 The complimentary close

結束語是結束信函時的一種客套,應該與前面的稱呼相呼應。例如:“Sincerely,” “Best Regards, ”or “Yours Truly,”. 結束語寫在結尾語下隔一行,只有第一個字母大寫,後面加逗號。

10、簽名 The signatrue

⑧ 英文商務書信的基本格式

一、格式

1、如果信的內容比較長,會超過一頁,那就換一張紙繼續打下去,但是不要加入信頭,而是用空白、紙質好的白紙。

第二頁都要在頁面頂端寫上收件人的姓名、頁數和日期,也可以加上參考文號或主旨。可以把所有這些信息都靠左對齊,或是把姓名靠左對齊,頁數打在中央,日期則靠右,然後空三行,繼續信的內容。
