① 電樞疊繞與波繞區別
答：可以從未拆轉子線圈外部兩端分辨出。一般波繞組接至換向片的引線端與另一端線 圈相互平行的見圖1所示。
換向器的節距是指同一線圈的兩條邊接到換向片上的距離以片數計，常用Yk表示。 在單疊繞組中YK=1片(取右形)，在單波繞組中YK=K±1P 片，左行繞組取「-」，右行繞組取「+」，常採用左行繞組。

電樞繞組簡介
電機的電樞中按一定規律繞制和連接起來的線圈組。它是電機中實現機電能量轉換的主要組成部件之一。組成電樞繞組的線圈有單匝的,也有多匝的,每匝還可以由若干並聯導線繞成。所示為一隻線圈在槽中安置的情況。線圈嵌入槽內的部分稱有效部分，伸出槽外的部分稱做連接端部，簡稱端部。
電樞繞組由一定數目的電樞線圈按一定的規律連接組成，他是直流電機的電路部分，也是感生電動勢，產生電磁轉矩進行機電能量轉換的部分。線圈用絕緣的圓形或矩形截面的導線繞成，分上下兩層嵌放在電樞鐵心槽內，上下層以及線圈與電樞鐵心之間都要妥善地絕緣，並用槽楔壓緊。大型電機電樞繞組的端部通常緊扎在繞組支架上。
電樞繞組分直流電樞繞組和交流電樞繞組兩大類。它們分別用於直流電機和交流電機。

直流電樞繞組
通常採用雙層繞組。線圈的有效部分包含左、右兩個有效邊。放在槽內且靠近槽口的有效邊叫上層邊，靠近槽底的有效邊叫下層邊。同一槽中上下層間用絕緣紙隔開。同一線圈上下兩有效邊沿圓周方向的距離即為線圈的跨距，通常用槽距（兩相鄰槽間距離）的倍數表示。跨距約等於一個極距（相鄰兩磁極的距離，也常用槽距的倍數表示）。
直流電樞繞組分疊繞組、波繞組和蛙繞組3種。每個線圈的兩個出線端連接到換向器的兩個換向片上，兩者在換向器圓周表面上相隔的距離稱為換向器節距，用Ys表示。不同形式的繞組具有不同的換向器節距。
①疊繞組：有單疊繞組和復疊繞組之分。單疊繞組是將同一磁極下相鄰的線圈依次串聯起來，構成一條並聯支路，所以對應一個磁極就有一條並聯支路。單疊繞組的基本特徵是並聯支路數等於磁極數。各條支路間通過電刷並聯。
單疊繞組線圈的換向器節距Ys=1。Ys>1者稱復疊繞組。比較常用的是Ys=2的復疊繞組，又稱雙疊繞組。雙疊繞組在一個磁極下有兩條並聯支路。例如一台四極直流電機，採用雙疊繞組時,共有8條並聯支路。各條支路間也是通過電刷並聯。電刷組數等於電機的極數。其中一半為正電刷組，另一半為負電刷組。疊繞組的並聯支路數較多，它等於極數或為極數的整倍數，所以又叫並聯繞組。
②波繞組：有單波繞組和復波繞組。單波繞組的特點是將同極性下的所有線圈按一定規律全部串聯起來，形成一條並聯支路。所以整個電樞繞組只有兩條並聯支路。波繞組線圈的換向器節距式中P為磁極對數;k為換向片數；a為使Ys等於整數的正整數，它等於波繞組的並聯支路對數。單波繞組的a＝1，而a=2的復波繞組稱雙波繞組,它可以看成是由兩個單波繞組並聯而成的復波繞組,故有4條並聯支路；a＞2者可類推，但用得很少。
波繞組從並聯電路連接原理上說,只需兩組電刷,即一組正電刷和一組負電刷。然而，通常直流電機中波繞組的電刷組數仍然等於其極數，這是為了減輕電刷和換向片接觸面上的電流負荷，從而可以縮短換向器的長度。此外，對線圈電流的換向也有好處。
直流電樞繞組常由於某種原因造成各並聯支路的電流不均勻分配,使銅耗增加,電樞繞組過熱；有時也會使電刷下發生有害的火花，給電機運行帶來不利影響。將電樞繞組內部理論上的等電位點用導線直接連接，就可以改善電機的運行條件。專門為此而設置的連接導線稱為均壓線。
③蛙繞組：由適當配合的疊繞組和波繞組混合而成的一種直流電樞繞組。疊繞組和波繞組的線圈接在同一換向器上並聯工作。由於其線圈組合的外形很像青蛙而得名。這種繞組因波繞組線圈和疊繞組線圈之間互相起著均壓線作用，故無需另外加接均壓線。採用蛙繞組的直流電機有良好的運行性能，故其應用日益廣泛。
電樞繞組是直流電機的核心部分．當電樞在磁場中旋轉時，電樞繞組中會感應電動勢．當電樞繞組中有電流流過時，會產生電樞磁動勢，它與氣隙磁場相互作用，又產生電磁轉矩．電動勢與電流相互作用，吸收或放出電磁功率．電磁轉矩與轉子轉速相互作用，吸收或放出機械功率．二者同時存在，構成電磁能量與機械能量的相互轉換，完成直流電機的基本功能．因此，電樞繞組在直流電機中起著重要的作用。
根據不同的聯結方法，電樞繞組可分為：(1)單疊繞組，(2)單波繞組；(3)復疊繞組；(4)復波繞組；(5)混合繞組等．它們的主要差別在於從電刷外看進去，電樞繞組聯結成了不同數目的並聯支路，以滿足不同額定電壓和電流的要求，其中單疊繞組和單波繞組是兩種基本的型式．由於篇幅的限制，本書主要介紹單疊和單波繞組。
電樞繞組雖然有不同類型，但在結構上有其共同的特點：它們都是由結構形狀相同的繞組元件(簡稱元件)按一定的規律聯結而成．繞組元件又叫線圈，一台電機的總元件數用s表示，每一元件有兩個放在槽中能切割磁通感生電動勢的有效邊稱元件邊．元件在槽外的部分不切割磁通，不感生電動勢，稱為端部．元件可分為單匝元件和多匝元件，前者的元件邊只有一根導體，後者元件邊則有多根導體串聯繞制而成，元件匝數以N。表示，每個元件有兩根引出線，一根為首端，一根為尾端，它們接到不同的換向片上。
繞組的各個元件之間通過換向片相互聯結起來，這樣就必須在同一換向片上，既連有一個元件的首端，又連有另一個元件的尾端，使整個電樞繞組的元件數S和換向片數X相等，即S＝K。
繞組元件被嵌放在電樞鐵心的槽內，如第七章圖7—8(a)所示，它的一個元件邊被放在槽的上層，稱為上層邊，另一邊被嵌放在另一槽的下層，稱為下層邊，同一槽上下二層放置了不同元件的有效邊，而一個元件也只有兩個邊，這樣電樞的槽數Q就應該等於元件數J。
為了正確地把繞組嵌放在槽內並與換向片相聯結，首先應了解電樞和換向器上各種繞組元件的節距．所謂節距是指相關的兩個元件邊之間的距離，通常以所跨過的槽數或換向片數來表示。

交流電樞繞組
交流電樞繞組可分為卷線式和籠式兩大類。
卷線式繞組又有以下幾種分類法。
①按相數分類：有單相繞組和三相繞組。如果是三相的，要求三相繞組在磁場空間位置上對稱分布，也就是各相間互差120°電角度。
三相繞組可接成星形(Y)或三角形(△)，如圖4所示。如果把D1～D6等6個線端都引出來,則可根據需要接成Y或△形。例如為了降低起動電流,使非同步電動機起動時接成Y形，而運轉時接成△形。
還有一種星－三角混合的接法。這種混接可有串聯和並聯兩種。利用星－三角混接可以從三相電源中獲得相當於十二相的電流系統。
並聯混接中星形繞組部分和三角形繞組部分之間容易產生環流，所以實際上採用的以串聯混接為多。
②按每相繞組在圓周上連續佔有空間的電角度（俗稱相帶）分類：有120°相帶、60°相帶和30°相帶等繞組。通常三相交流電機採用 60°相帶繞組。在相同串聯導體數下,60°相帶繞組感應電動勢約比120°相帶繞組的感應電動勢大 15％以上。30°相帶繞組雖然可以進一步提高繞組利用率，但由於其繞組製造復雜，而感應電動勢提高不多，故僅用在一些有特殊要求的場合，例如用於高效率電動機中。
③按槽內線圈邊的層數分類：有單層繞組、雙層繞組和單雙層繞組。
單層繞組多用於小功率電機。和雙層繞組相比，它的線圈數減半，故繞線及嵌線工作量較少。雙層繞組可以任意選擇繞圈跨距以改善電動勢和磁通勢波形，或用來削弱某一特定的有害諧波。它的所有線圈幾何尺寸一致，便於製造，並且端部結構整齊，有利於散熱，機械強度也高，因而，除了小型電機外，雙層繞組在所有容量范圍內都得到了廣泛應用。單雙層繞組是雙層短距繞組的一種變形，其性能和對應的雙層短距繞組相同，但端部接線較短。線圈的幾何尺寸不等是它的一個缺點。
④按每極每相槽數q分類:有整數槽和分數槽兩種。整數槽繞組應用最為廣泛。
分數槽繞組主要用以削弱同步電機中危害極大的齒諧波，改善電動勢波形和減少表面損耗。在低速多極的水輪發電機中用得很多。與整數槽繞組相比，分數槽繞組的磁通勢中諧波較多，必須防止可能引起的振動和雜訊。
此外，單層繞組中還可按線圈端部的連接方法分為同心式、鏈式和交叉式3種。
籠式繞組是非同步電機中應用最廣的一類交流電樞繞組。它的結構和定子繞組很不相同。在非同步電機轉子鐵心的槽內各有一根導體條。鐵心兩端槽口外有兩個端環分別將所有導體條的兩端都連接起來，成一短接的迴路。如果去掉磁路部分的鐵心，只考慮導電的電路部分，則此繞組的形狀像一個籠子（見三相非同步電動機），故得名。籠式繞組的每根導體條就是一相。它可以和任意極數的旋轉磁場相配合，在其中感生電流。籠式繞組中的感應電動勢很小，所以一般不需要絕緣。

三相非同步電動機的旋轉原理
三相非同步電動機要旋轉起來的先決條件是具有一個旋轉磁場，三相非同步電動機的定子繞組就是用來產生旋轉磁場的。我們知道，三相電源相與相之間的電壓在相位上是相差120度的，三相非同步電動機定子中的三個繞組在空間方位上也互差120度，這樣，當在定子繞組中通入三相電源時，定子繞組就會產生一個旋轉磁場， 定子繞組產生旋轉磁場後，轉子導體（鼠籠條）將切割旋轉磁場的磁力線而產生感應電流，轉子導條中的電流又與旋轉磁場相互作用產生電磁力，電磁力產生的電磁轉矩驅動轉子沿旋轉磁場方向旋轉起來。一般情況下，電動機的實際轉速低於旋轉磁場的轉速不同步。為此我們稱三相電動機為非同步電動機。
