保價郵件英文是Insured Mail.

郵電部門負有按保價金額給予補償責任的郵件。寄件人交寄保價郵件時，須報明保價金額，加付保價費。保價郵件如在郵遞過程中遺失毀損，由郵電部門按保價金額給予補償。

《海運單統一規則》第4條規定，海運單所包含的運輸合同，應受強制適用於由提單或類似的所有權憑證所包含的運輸合同的國際公約或國內法的約束，根據這一規定,海牙規則和維斯比規則對海運單仍然適用。

海運單還適用於主要的國際貿易慣例，

一是國際商會的《90通則》，《90通則》在"引言"部分專門有"不可轉讓的運輸單證代替提單"一節，其中規定,合同當事人知道買方不打算在貨物運輸途中出售該貨物，他們可以特別約定免除賣方提供提單義務，

而以其他單據如海運單，班輪運貨單,貨運收據或類似單證所代替，《90通則》在6種水上運輸的術語(FAS、FOB、CFR、CIF、DES、DEQ)中，均承認在某些不同情況下，只要雙方當事人認可FAS、FOB條件下,

由買方自負風險和費用CFR、CIF、DES、DEQ條件下，由賣方自負費用和風險，完全可以採用海運單代替提單作為合法的運輸單據，這對海運單的推廣十分有利。

二是UCP500號，UCP500號規定，L/C要求港至港運輸不可流通海洋運單，除非L/C另有約定，銀行將接受不論如何命名的海運單。

同時UCP500號對海運單做了詳細的，嚴格的規定，供海上貿易，跟單信用證時使用，這無疑對海運單的廣泛開展有促進作用，而電放提單目前既無專門的國際法律規范，也無相應的國內法規，

使電放業務成為無法可依的操作行為.不利於有關糾紛的解決。

3、流通方面.海運單雖然不能背書轉讓，但有時在觀念上有準可轉讓性。

《海運單統一規則》第六條規定，除非托運人已行使選擇權，其是唯一有權就運輸合同向承運人發出指示的當事人，托運人有權在貨物運抵目的港前，甚至收貨人提取貨物之前的任何時候,都有權改變收貨人的名稱，

但必須以書面或承運人能夠接受的其他方式通知承運人，由此引起的承運人的額外費用由托運人負擔，當然,托運人可改變收貨人名稱，但不能改變目的地，而電放提單一般不能轉讓。

「到付」顧名思義就是指包裹運達目的地後由收貨人給付運費（person or company that receives packages will pay delivery fees at the time the packages are received），可以翻譯為 「delivery fee to be collected」。
反之，由發貨人預先支付運費（express charge is paid by the person or company sending packages）為「寄付」，英語相當於「delivery fee prepaid」。
這里需要注意的是，網購時我們所說的「貨到付款（簡稱到付）」一般是指「由快遞公司代收買家貨款」，應該翻譯為「cash on delivery」。
