本学期的教育教学工作已接近尾声。一学期下来感受和体会颇多，现将有关情况作个简单介绍，与各位同仁交流研讨。
本学期我担任八年 级(1)、(2)班的英语教育教学工作，这两个班有九十七名学生，他们基本都来自农民家庭，大部分学生的 英语学习 基础较薄弱，这给教育教学工作带来了一定 的难度，特别是(2)班，学生的基础不紧凑，最好的在(2)班，最差的也在(2)班。而且差学生的数量比较多，出现了断层现象。让人无法下手进行有效的教 学。
针对这样的现状，我采取了我认为比较有效的 措施 ，根据学生的基础，我把学生分成A、B、C三个小组，每天安排不同层次的任务，布置不 同层次的作业，让每个学生都获得不同的进步。绝大多数农村学生上初中前英语只认识26个英文字母，本书庞大的词汇量让学生感到无所适从。对于音标的掌握更 是十分艰难。所以在课堂上经常出现这样的情况，我要花一节课左右的时间来教学生学音标，读单词，往往效果还不理想。而等到下节课来进行操练的时候，学生仍 然会在生词处卡壳。在课堂上我努力帮助那些基础较差的学生，让他们回答一些简单的问题，做一些简单的对话，有的同学就比以前显得有信心了，到后来这些同学 都能主动举手回答问题了。这是让人感到欣喜的一个成果。只要他们自己加把劲，我想对他们来说会提高的快的多。与此同时，我还不忘提高好学生，把原来的好学 生想办法再提高。让学的较轻松的同学试着回答较难的问题，尽管有时候设计的题目有些难度，但经过引导，他们还是能做的出来，这一点也是可喜的。另外，我还 要求学生背诵当天学过的内容，每一个单词，每一个对话，每一篇短文，来培养他们 学习英语 的语感，我认为这对于语言学习者来说是至关重要的。
本 册书共10个单元，教材内容太多，时间不够.那么按规定的每周5课时算，共计90课时供八年级第一学期使用，除去国家法定假日和平时的阶段考评和试卷、配 套练习的评讲，满打满算也完成不了教学任务。鉴于这一种情况，也为了学生更牢固地打好基础，我只能加班加点地“开小灶”，利用早读课、晚自习时间，补充习 题，强化训练。我精疲力竭，但往往还是事倍功半。
新教材要求我们要面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终生发展奠定基础。我的理解是“全体学 生”是量。“全面发展”是质。质和量要一起抓，一个不能少。所以在教学过程中，我的关键是让学生“学会学习”。由学生对教师的依赖逐渐变成独立学习。同时 比以往的教学我们还更应关注学生学习的情感，为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围。在教学过程中以宽松的态度对待学生学习过程中的错误，和学生进行平等 的交流。不用训斥性、讥讽性语言，尤其对学习有困难的学生不使用侮辱性的语言，多用鼓励性话语，多给他们语言实践的机会，少用命令式的语言，多用建议性语 言。
在英语教学实践的道路中，我不断探索，学习和研究，虽然很苦、很累，但同时我看到了学生们在一天天的进步，英语表达一天比一天好，我深深地感到了一种自豪和幸福，我愿意永远做一名英语教学孜孜不倦的实践者，永远体味着教学的快乐。

2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力,鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去.
每课的对话让学生先听后读,然后表演,每小组不宜超过四人。表演前应让各小级操练准备，鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中，除要求学生语音语调正确外，还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。例如在练习Is this jacket yours?这个句型时，我手里拿着一件夹克衫，一边走进教室一边问:Whose jacket is it? 二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛
在教学过程中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩.刻板的学习，不仅会影响英语学习的效果,适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语.因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习.
1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试.
要培养学生的创造个性，仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神，注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围，尊重学生个体，注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望,注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价……
2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵,使自己听的见自己的声音,渐渐做到流利,顺畅.促进学生互 相学 习，互相帮助，体验成就感.

学习语言就是要开口多说,多记, 多背,只要功夫到家了,学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了.英语琐碎的知识点太多,每天都有新的知识点增加,这就需要学生多记,多背.这往往是学生最头疼的一件事.现在才初一,主要是以单词为主,如果连单词都记不住,更何况句型听力.因此谈谈自己记忆单词,句型的方法,仅供参考.
1、根据发音脱口而出单词,多朗读,重复多次,背会的东西容易忘,应隔三插五的再巩固.
2、背诵一个小对话,背会了用自己的话把它复述出来,这样增加学习英语的自信心.
3. 把记不住的单词写在小纸片上,随时都可以拿出来看看,长期坚持,一定有成效.
对学生进行有效的评价。
评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习.对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说.学生考完试后,让学生自我反思，分析自己的成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向,争取下次不再犯同样的问题.让学生相互之间相互评价,找出优缺点,互相促进学习.
