Nowadays more and more middle school students take their mobile phone to school.It disturb the teachers very much,But should middle school students take their their mobile phone to school?
Some people agree to it, they think mobile phone is very useful,they can use it to call their friends and parents .Sometimes they listen music from their mobile phone and sometimes they play games .
But there are also many people disagree with it . they don't agree beacuse the mobile phone usually disturb the teachers and other students who like study. It may make the students being lazy ,they may do bad in their study.

The question of weather a student is entitled to bring any form of communications device to school stems from the fact that it is allegedly distracting to the studying process, but weather this is true or not can be debated.
Firstly, the main argument brought up by many objectors to mobile phones in the class room is that it is a distraction. While i agree that this MAY be the case, it is just as easily argued that students in possession of mobile phones are more than likely in high school, it's quite unlikely for a primary school student to have a mobile phone and if a primary student DID have a phone, i too would argue that it would not be justified. HOWEVER, as young alts, adolescents are capable of controlling their actions and can take responsibility for their own equipment. Those who are unable to do so, will be punished and their privilege of bringing a phone to class will be removed. However until such a situation arises, there is no logical reason to arbitrarily remove phones from the campus, such draconian measures may have been appropriate in the past, but not so in our technologically centered present.
Secondly, the ability to communicate is a basic right, and though students are often denied rights while on campus, we are not 100% of the time on campus ring school days, before and after school we are not on campus, ring breaks we may not be on campus. The simple barring of phones at school directly impacts on our extra-curricular activities and it is extremely unfair to arbitrarily remove our phones simply because there is a "perceived" distraction in the class.
So, in closing, i believe that phones should be allowed on campus, but with the understanding that the privilege of having a phone on campus is dependent on the responsibility of the user and that the ability to carry is a phone is a PRIVILEGE, not a right.
