加插图（颜色要你好，先用铅笔轻轻地在版面上画上横线和竖线，横线和竖线的距离都是一个字的距离，这样就会有一个个小格子，每个格子是一个字，这样写之前就知道这个版能写多少字了，要先把字数定好。写完以后再把铅笔线擦掉。
出手抄报是非要打格子的，不但是为了控制字数，避免你说的那种抄到后面纸还剩很多或者抄到后面不够了的情况，还可以使得版面整齐，如果不打格子，字就会歪歪扭扭，不在一行上，会很难看的。
另外我们以前出手抄报的时候，一般都用水彩颜料调成很淡的颜色（一般是浅蓝色或者浅绿色），在纸上画上抽象的图案做背景，这样出出来的手抄报，比光用钢笔写的美观许多。
