英語書信格式
英文書信通常由下列五個部分組成：
A 信頭（Heading）
信頭包括寫信內人地址和寫信日期,通常寫在容信箋的右上角.在比較熟識的朋友之間的通信,寫信人的地址常可略去.本課的信頭就只寫了寫信日期,而沒有寫信人的地址.日期通常有下列兩種定法：
（a）月、日、年：如August 15,200__
（b）日、月、年：如15th august,200__
地址的寫法通常是由小到大,如：門牌號、街道名、市（縣）名、省名、國名（郵政編碼通常寫在城市名之後）.這同中文書信的地址寫法完全相反.地址可以寫1～3行,日期寫在地址的下方（見信箋格式）.
B 稱呼（Salutation）
稱呼指寫信人對收信人的稱呼,如Dear Xiaojun,寫在信頭的下方和信箋的左邊.稱呼一般用Dear…或My dear…開頭,稱呼後一般用逗號.
