可能是你的BIOS電池沒有電了，如果是請更換，如果是其它原因按下面方法進行檢修。
啟動按F1才能進入系統的原因及解決方法：
開機時要按F1這是BIOS設置錯誤引起的，一般由以下幾種情況引起。
1、沒有軟碟機但啟用了軟碟機，可將軟碟機禁用。
開機按DEL進BIOS，選擇：STANDARD CMOS FEATURES
DRIVE A ： 設置為 None
DRIVE B ： 設置為 None
按F10 保存，輸入「Y」回車即可。
2、內存有問題 或者CPU頻率被更改，更換內存、恢復BIOS默認值即可。
3、原來掛了兩個硬碟，在BIOS中設置成了雙硬碟，後來拿掉其中一個的時候卻忘記將BIOS設置改回來，也會出現這個問題。
只要恢復BIOS默認值即可。
4、如果上述設置後無效，可能是 COMS 電池沒有電了，打開主機，摳下紐扣式COMS電池，更換新電池即可。
5、恢復BIOS默認值的方法：
開機或者重啟電腦按住DEL鍵，進入BIOS；
找到 Load Fail-Safe Defaults ，按方向鍵選中後回車，提示是否確定，按Y，回車。 最後選擇Save&exit step(保存設置)，直接按F10也可以，按Y回車自動重起，設置生效。
6、筆記本和台式機的主板類似，都是在剛開機的時候按住快捷鍵就能進入BIOS設置，台式機現在大部分都是Delete鍵，而筆記本則不固定，每個品牌的筆記本的快捷鍵都不太一樣。
但也是有辦法看到的，在筆記本剛開機的時候，屏幕左下角會有提示，如：Press F2 to Enter Setup。如果開機時只有LOGO，按Tab鍵就會看到了，這樣就能進入BIOS設置界面了，在裡面有一項就是是恢復出廠默認值的選項，如：Load Optimized Defaults。
按方向鍵選中後回車,提示是否確定,按Y,回車. 在按按F10，按Y回車.自動重起.設置完畢。
