英譯：Confucius remarked, 「The ancient EmperorShun was perhaps the one man who successfully carried out the principle of no-government. For what need is there really for what is called government?

A ruler needs only tobe earnest in his personal conct, and to behave in a manner worthy of his position.」

8、子曰：「其身正，不令而行；其身不正，雖令不從。」
